the management-Lorraine has an answer for everything, price matches, specific specials, I refuse to frequent any other establishment for the liquor needs

Y'all should get someone who knows how to work the register properly, and knows how to treat your customers! Sheesh!!

Upon check out the credit card terminal froze and would not work. The cashier told me to wait. He opened another register, checking out the customers behind me. 15 mins later he comes back to the broken register still trying to grasp that the machine froze. He then offers to ring up my purchase at the other register. The cashier did not have good communication or good problem solving skills. Otherwise the store is well stocked and clean.
