What can I say, Matt Goodrich is amazing. After he helped my husband and I buy our home, my mom decided she had enough of the cold weather up in New Jersey and wanted to buy something in South Florida that was affordable, low maintenance and not overly demanding. She was shying away from anything with an HOA because she is on a fixed income. She was looking for something that was small, efficient, affordable and low maintenance. Need I say that this real estate market is absolutely crazy right now, but Matt Goodrich was able to pull a rabbit out of a hat, fought aggressively for my mom, and her offer was accepted.
