To say that Bill is outstanding to work with would be an understatement! His communication, pricing, knowledge, and quality of work are second-to-none. I have had Bill perform multiple plumbing jobs including an outdoor kitchen hookup, shower faucet replacement, faucet replacements, and a backflow preventer for my irrigation system. All of this work was of the highest quality and best value. Anything that required permits was handled swiftly and accurately, and everything passed inspection the first time. I highly recommend Bill and Carolina Blue Plumbing for all of your plumbing needs!

We had a frost free faucet replaced and a Sediment filter installed by Bill and he did a GREAT job! He was professional, efficient and reasonable. He provided a one year parts AND labor warranty. I will like to take time out to give my review about Carolina Blue Plumbing, LLC and to Bill Smith the owner. This was the second time using them to repair a leak to my toilet in both my two bathrooms One last year and one today. We currently have a Warrenty Plan but for both incidents we went outside our network to call Carolina Blue Plumbing. Bill is polite, knowledgeable, honest and fair when it comes to the cost of your repair. He does not take advantage of his customers. He schedules appointments, always on time and he would even work around your availability to have your repair done. I’m giving Carolina Blue Plumbing five stars. Thanks Bill.

I telephoned this morning and left a voicemail and my call was very promptly returned! Bill inquired about the urgency of my call and asked if it could wait until tomorrow (Saturday). I was surprised at the Saturday option because who works the weekend? I indicated that it could certainly wait! It wasn’t as if there was water everywhere!! Anyway, he called me about an hour later and asked if he could come over about 11 am. He completed the necessary repairs and finished by 12:30. I think his prices were reasonable considering that Bill is a licensed master plumber. I will definitely call him again for any future plumbing issues!!!!!!!

Would give this guy 20 stars if I could!!!!! First rate plumber and an all around great guy! Even with a full schedule, he made time to come and install a new flush valve in our leaky toilet. Quality workmanship, reasonably priced done by an honest and friendly individual. You couldn't ask for more.

Very Professional, punctual & honest. Prices are fair and the work was done quickly. There was no pressure to make unnecessary repairs and he was honest with what really needed to be done. We will definitely use this establishment again!
