Jason Delaney has been fantastic to work with in the set up of our new home. Corey and his team are great. The amount of detail they put into designing a project is pretty impressive. All that detail ensures that things will move along very smoothly which when building a house, is very nice! Hot Wire will support you during and after your project is complete. They are just a fantastic company to work with. I can not recommend them enough.

They installed a wall mount for 2 TVs and installed exterior security cameras to our house. They are extremely professional and I love how they wore shoe covers every time they entered the house. They cleaned up and were extremely neat with their work. I was worried it would be messy with the work but not at all.
Both tvs look amazing on the wall and we are extremely happy with their service. Our security cameras work amazing and they had everything organized for us.
I highly highly recommend them if you are looking to professionally mount your TV to hide cables or install audio equipment!

The team at Hot Wired - particularly Trent - was fantastic to work with. They were incredibly professional and responsive with my initial inquiry, site visits, estimates, etc. Was clear that they have deep experience in A/V and security. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend them!

If I could give Hot Wired a 100 star rating I would! Andre and Anna’s primary concern is a happy customer. Anna is on top of communicating appointment times/dates/follow up’s and there’s nothing that Andre can’t problem solve and fix. They are just great people!

First I never complete reviews so thus one is directly attributable to the service I received. I had them perform a relatively small job that was to a more robust home office experience. At no fault of the company the job became a real challenge. They had the expertise to diagnose the issues and ultimately solve the problem. I am pleased with the final product and would recommend them to anyone.

Beyond a doubt one of the worst AV companies I have ever worked with. Dishonest and incompetent don't quite describe the service you'll get from them. Dishonest, overbilling and rude are the norm. They were continually overbilling (billed 12 hours when they were there for less than 6 - but I didn't complain and no adjustment to the invoice). They even went to the point of tacking on "extra" time they said they were at the house. I have cameras and gave them the exact times they arrived and left. So arrogant they wouldn't even adjust the bill. They even overcharge just to get into our community. This is part of an email I had from them after failing to correct a problem with an expensive remote that was under warranty and that they had programmed.
"I understand that you may not have been aware that warranty parts are at no charge but work associated with said part is charged. It is standard that we charge a one hour minimum for service work, you were assessed a total of 2.11 hours. I've revised the invoice to reduce the labor charge to just one an hour in an effort to extend good faith and consideration for you."
This remote was under warranty and they wanted to charge me a third of the price of a new one (over $335). Programming involved little more than connecting it to wifi. Their tech couldn't figure out how to do it so I'm supposed to pay for his lack of knowledge??? After confronting them with this overbilling - takes a lot of stones to tell someone how long you were at their house when their cameras record arrival/departure times they said "I didn't appreciate their services" and dropped me as a client.
One time the tech came out to the house to see why things weren't working properly. Guy came out on a Monday and said "If that doesn't work call us." Stopped working an hour after he was here so I called them. No reply. Called on Wednesday, no reply. I received this email on Thursday and I received several others like it,
"John, This is CS (the boss) Chiming (sic) in. You have contacted us by text message, J*** and I personal email, Support email, again by text and then just now by out (sic) new project request. Sir, you have got to be patient and allow us time to respond as you are not the only client that we are servicing. Your reaching out to us multiple ways does not grab any additional attention and only creates more work for us! Please allow us adequate time to respond during normal business hours."
So they tried to fix it Monday, failed to return phone calls, texts etc and then send me the email above. Use them only if you want to deal with rude, arrogant people who act like they are doing you a favor.

We hired Hot Wired to create our smart home during our remodel. At first they were very responsive and really seemed to care about our project. 1 month before we were supposed to move back into our home, I notified them so they could put plans in motion to complete their part of the remodel. It took them well over 6 months to "complete" our project and even then it was not done correctly. During the install I had at least 3 different technicians assigned to our project and at no time did the owner come out and assess if it was done correctly. I ended up having to work directly with Hunter Douglas to get my shades to work correctly. After spending a fortune with Hot Wired to create our "Smart Home", I ended up hiring a different company to come in and fix everything that wasn't installed correctly or set up right, which cost me even more money. This company over promises and way under delivers!! I would not recommend them to anyone!
