Plinio is truly a professional. Initially, I was introduced to him via his real estate partner Pedro, but I could immediately tell he was a professional. He has the experience you want when selling a home. If you've ever dealt with real estate, you know the process can become convoluted with noise very quickly. Plinio has a very good feel for filtering out the noise and only providing you with the critical information required to make decisions. He was always careful to never overpromise throughout the process, but he very much delivered in the end with the smoothest real estate transaction I have ever been through.
