After reading all there negative comments somehow they unloaded me within 15 min idk who to believ

Barb, the post master at this location was incredibly helpful. She worked at the O'Fallon MO post office when I called in with my complaint. I wasn't not happy the carrier misplaced my package and the people answering the phones giving me the run around so I spoke with Barb. After a good lengthy conversation about what happened, she took the time out of her day to help me despite the chaos. More importantly, she genuinely cared to resolve my problem. She apologized for the miscommunication, informed me of their process and got me a solution. She went out of her way to call me on the weekend from home just to ensure I received my package. Even though she normally works at the Hazelwood location, while she was working at O'Fallon, I was very pleased to reach someone like her.

At first was told to come back an hour later for my appointment time delivery, I asked since I'm the only truck out here with a delivery if they could do it before, thanks to Quinton, who was very polite and helpful, he check on the load and approved them taking it right away to unload it before my appointment time. I didn't sense any rudeness from either of the 2 ladies that I had brief contact with, both were polite and spoke nicely to me.

DO NOT COME HERE!! YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!. I'm a local driver and deliver here every single night. You'll be waiting for hours just to get in the gate then potentially DAYS to get loaded/unloaded. I feel terrible for the OTR drivers who come here..DO NOT COME HERE!!

This place has had my package for 2 weeks now, and still not moving! Gimme My frickin package already! i dont understand how everything can "make the truck" besides my 1 package!

Postal Service Black Hole. Actually less than a 1 rating. Still awaiting a package that arrived there in August 2021. Other packages going through there sit there for many days before moving on to Southeast Missouri Post Offices. Do not know why FedEx, UPS, and Amazon transfer their packages to Hazelwood USPS for final deliveries. The one place you never want your package to go through.

My package 📦 has been there since Tuesday, February 20,2024 at 10:29 am and haven't been accepted by them yet and I would like my package NOW and not 3 weeks from NOW.

More then 8 hours wait to unload

The worst Usps that I ever seen they still don’t know where they’ve been putting my mail for about a month now it seems like they don’t care and they also lost a mail that have my car title in it

No respect for humans been here since yesterday waiting for a door waited 4 hours just to get to the gate this should be illegal do not come here you will lose days and loads and even starve!!!

Arrived early for delivery appointment bitter receiving manager lady treated me like a dog and literally kept yelling at me throughout my check in and dock assignment, then proceeded to yell as she called me in to unsecure my load of printed materials even the forklift operator gave me sympathy looks as I’m guessing he’s dealing with her day in and day out. I would be really surprised if this is only the first time USPS is hearing about her it is Tuesday, September 25, 2018 in at 1030 out before noon. If they cannot handle themselves professionally let them retire early and be bitter at home...

Called regarding failed forwarding for some mail and not all and wanting to make sure they had the forwarding in their system. To which I was told it is not their problem and then hung up on.

Zero. One palette 3 hours. Plus you have to beg them to come out . The worst post office warehouse in country.
