Pizza Hut

A little under staffed on my vusit today. But I was offered a great deal and could not turn it down. Got two pizza's(large) for $5 each because the person who ordered it cancelled the order and the store didnt want to waste the food. So I paid for them and left satisfied. They did have some rude customers in the dining area. And there was only two employees on duty. Way under staffed. However Suzanne and Rachel handled the stress well.

Complete change of management since Nov 2023. New management is going above and beyond in their customer service. Due to lack of staff, however, the dining area is closed after 8 pm.

EDIT REVIEW: UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT AND PHENOMENAL. I decided to give it another try when I learned it had been revamped. Walking in you can smell the cleanliness. The staff is great and the pizza was the best I’ve had in a long time. I’m so happy to have this place nearby. Awesome experience!

Always great pizza but they need more drivers. Try ordering something at 4pm and waited almost a hour to say o sorry but we don't have a driver.

New associate at this location... She has only been there for a week or so... I'm not sure what her name is, but I come in to order her first day there. I had the pleasure of having her wait on me again today. She is absolutely great with people... I'm s a pleasure to have her help me.

I have been stuck in my house for 20 hours with no power with three kids after the tropical storm. The manager and I went to school together and I saw on her Facebook that she was at her store by 9 am the day after the storm and had mentioned any emergency workers that had been out all night to let her know because she was at her store already. I am not an emergency worker but all of the food in my fridge was not good to eat and I really did not have anything that I could prepare that would be ok not cooked or at least heated. I sent her a response on Facebook. She prepared my food and had it ready by the time I made it to the store. The pizza was great. She was very nice to offer to help people before she was even open for business. My kiddos enjoyed their pizza. Mommy was happy. She was this moms hero for the day and I will gladly give her store my business in the future.

Very Friendly Staff and Polite as well. Food was hot and exceeded our expectations!! Thumbs Up Pizza Hut!!

The Royston, GA Pizza Hut is once again a great place to eat.

Had a great experience and food was hot and right on time. Was able to order 3 pizzas and bread sticks and didn't need to break out my large bills.

Pizza was very good! It was topped like the old Pizza Hut. I was feeling like the quality had gone down over the last few years but this order was excellent!

Food is always great, server is always nice and friendly. My kids and I love dining in here!

I love this place so much your pizza doesn’t hurt my tummy and you have great yummy food the pasta could be a little different because it’s awful but the pizza and bread sticks are amazing and also the wings are fantastic just not the pasta the pasta is horrible would not recommend.

They made it with the wrong sauce but Brittany made sure I was good and promised to fix it next time! They are so friendly there, I love it
