My experience has been a great one!!! Workouts, camaraderie and fulfillment is awesome!!

I never leave reviews but I had to for this place. The conditioning work they have done with my middle schooler is amazing. During Covid he had surgery on each foot , to only get back to basketball out of shape and then break his arm. Feeling down and out after a disappointing basketball season, I enrolled him in their program and it’s the best money I have ever spent. Not only does he actually LOVE to go and work hard but he is getting in great shape, better than pre surgeries. He enjoys the trainers and environment and has not once complained about going. That’s saying a lot for a 12 yr old lol. He is getting stronger and most importantly his confidence is back. AWOL rocks !

I walked in on the first day told them my goal. They shared it with other coaches and pushed me towards it every class. Days I felt like giving up they reminded me of my goal. They motivated me and also gave me a nutritional diet to support it. I absolutely love this gym. Awesome people here!!!

I had a wonderful experience!!! Everyone was super nice and encouraging..the coaches were coaching me through the workout the whole time!! I'll be back!

Awesome gym to workout at! The coaches are really inspiring and knowledgeable about what they are doing. They care about everyone that comes through the door and they push you to do your best!

If you want a good gym to go to without the frills of heat and ac, this is the spot for you! The trainers here motivate you to achieve your physical fitness goals and they motivate you in ALL other aspects of your life. They have a family environment and no matter your physical condition, they welcome you with open arms.

Everyone I've spoken too say's this gym and the people who work there are phenomenal! I personally know Coach Hunt. And he has never given less than his all in any endeavor he's ever embarked upon. Five Stars!

Great people motivated to help their members reach their fitness goals. For anyone not taking the classes, there's plenty of equipment (ropes, kettlebells, boxes, tractor tire) to mix things up alongside the traditional weights. They've even got heavy bags.

When you've done all you can do to reach your health goals on your own, this is the place that pushes you to another gear... that pushes you to another level! If you've hit a wall, these guys will show you how to climb it, or run through it! If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go further, join a team... the AWOL team.

I have lost a total of 17lbs in 3 months! I have signed up for 3 more months! I am excited about this next weight loss goal! Great people and they WILL push you!!

I went fot the 1st time friday and enjoyed the experience from start to finish! Everyone was friendly and encouraging! The workout was no joke, but i loved it! I definitely will be going back!❤❤

I went for my first training session with Ladi and she was great!! The facilities were cleaning and the workout machines were easy to manage. I will definitely be going back!!
