Absolutely love this dentist. Always courteous, professional, and caring. Staff is always helpful and friendly.

I've been going to Dr. Cooper for years! I love his professionalism and his amazing staff. He will explain what's going on and ask if you have any questions. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my dental care.

I've been a patient of Dr. Cooper for over 7 years now, and he and his amazing staff have been absolutely phenomenal to me. My teeth were in something of a state when I first came in, years of no insurance and no money really took their toll. Now I am on my third crown with him and the first two were 'good'. But they were only good by comparison to his most recent work. This latest crown is nothing short of perfection. If I hadn't of been there when he put it in I'd swear it was a natural tooth! An absolute masterpiece. He and his staff are friendly, attentive, and will do their best to make your dental health as good as possible, and their best is pretty darned good. If you're new to the area, or in the market for a new dentist I simply could not recommend Dr. Cooper enough! Thanks Doc! You're amazing!

Conchetta Perry is awesome dental tech. She is clear, precise and friendly. She made my mom feel very comfortable. Dr. Cooper was awesome too with explaining the procedure and what is necessary for her treatment. Great staff and clean environment.

My wife and I have been attending this Dentistry for about a year after leaving my prior dentist because of a change in insurance.

I have not experienced any of the issues mentioned in other reviews related to the office staff. They have been courteous, communicative, flexible in helping set up conveniently timed appointments for my wife and I, dealing with insurance issues, and making sure I had reminders about my appointments.

In regard to Dr. Cooper's bedside manner, as pointed out in other reviews, I have not personally had an issue with his style. Is he warm and bubbly? No, not particularly. Do I think he is professional and capable? Yes.

I communicate my issues to him, he listens, assesses the situation, and makes a recommendation while giving me all the details I need to know to make an informed decision. Sometimes that includes telling harsh truths about risks, pain/discomfort, needing to floss more, etc. but that's his job.

Alyssa (sorry if I mispelled it!) is my hygienist and she is also professional, courteous, and willing to answer my questions and be flexible with my scheduling.

A visit to Dr. Javon Selig Cooper's Dentist Office was a great idea! My son visited Smile Starter's on Summit Ave previously. After his visit there he mentioned staff berated him and spoke condescendingly to both he and his sister. That was more than enough to pull them from the establishment altogether. Dr. Cooper's helped initiate changing venues. We entered and received the best care and service Greensboro has to offer! They explained each step along the way and made sure there was a mutual understanding. Kudos!

Been coming here my whole life. Staff is always extremely friendly and work is exceptional! I had discolored teeth my whole life and Dr. Cooper and his team painlessly, affordably, and effectively fixed it right up.I got my confidence back.

I just made a first time appointment for my daughter. I spoke with Claudia. She was exceptional. She did the research with my insurance company to insure that I had the proper coverage, so that I would not be unnecessarily billed out of pocket. Claudia was extremely thorough, helpful and very pleasant to interact with.

I have been a patient of Dr. Cooper for about 13 years. I always get the best care from the staff. The entire staff is friendly and takes the time to explain all procedures. I have recommended several families to Dr. Cooper and they all remained patients and thanked me for referring them.

Dr. Cooper is the best dentist I’ve had all my life and highly recommend him, his hygienists are all fantastic too and great front desk staff as well.

This was my second visit in 2 days and I experience a different doctor than the one on my first visit. The doctor on my first visit was kind of cold and inhuman. My second visit the same doctor was little different. He did not give the same feeling as i got from my first visit. I will tell friends about him.

Dr. Cooper has been my dentist since he first opened his practice. He has also been the dentist for all my children. We love Dr. Cooper and all the hygienists. They are very attentive, gentle, and compassionate.
