This place is amazing. The best people work here. It’s hard to find automotive repair shops that go out of their way to demonstrate a sincere concern for the customer. Mavis is Canton always takes their time to walk me thoroughly through the issue, root cause, and ultimately the remedy. I feel like the staff goes way out of their way to accommodate me. I know they will do the same for you.

Store manager, Ryan was so nice.... I called at 6:30pm hoping he could squeeze me in for a tire rotation before they close. "No problem" he said... "and its on the house". Been a while since I've had service like that. Thanks Ryan!

Definitely recommend! After having car damaged by another mechanic they went above and beyond to fix my car and cut the costs when possible. They have great customer service and were very efficient as well as kept me updated through the whole process! Jesus is the mechanic and did a great job of giving me piece of mind after having such a terrible experience with other places! Can’t say enough good things!

They were amazing at store #654!!! They were patient and answered every single question that I had to ask. They were super sweet and friendly to my dog. They were able to get my situation solved very quickly and explained everything that was going on. Especially about how they could not fix a hole in my tire due to where the nail was and I needed to get the tire replaced. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!!

I received the best service working with the assistant manager Austin. I came to the shop to get service before going on a roadtrip and Austin made sure that my wheels, brakes, and oil Was 100% before I left. I am a single parent with four children. It meant a lot to me for him to make sure that my family was safe to make this trip not to mention my tires from another company. I got more than I bargained for and I’m definitely coming back.

I came in to get an alignment done on my vehicle and Ryan (Store Manager) helped me every step of the way. He informed me of the possible wait time (understandable) and checked in with me throughout the process and everytime there was an update with my vehicle. Great customer service here! Absolutely wonderful experience after dealing with the biggest headache of the entire week. Friday morning my back tire had been flat turns out I needed a new rim and tire nobody had my tire in stock and it was looking like days with out my car. The store manager Ryan and fellow employees Terry, Tucker, and Austin did a wonderful job of helping me get my car back on the road. As stressed out as I was these guys handled everything swiftly and with out a hitch super great place.

I noticed a large bump in my tire late at night, so I wanted to get it checked out. Mavis was able to get me in right away and they had flexible hours and were open late. They got me in and out with a new tire that was both affordable and with fast services!

Always treated with respect and consideration when I take my car to Mavis. As a woman this is really important to me. I’ve been to other shops where I’m talked down to or feel like an idiot. This never happens here. And the new AM is particularly joyful and makes sure I know I’m appreciated.

Tyrone and Dee totally hooked me up today! I came in for an oil change and to get my wipers replaced. Both Tyrone and Dee were so helpful and very kind. I am very happy with my service and will definitely go back! :)

Mavis has always been my go to for any car needs. The staff here are amazing and they take the time to explain in detail or even show their customers what they may or may not need. I appreciate this center so much due to the fact that the staff has never made me feel like I’m being taken advantage of and has always been very honest and realistic with me on something that needs immediate attention or if it’s something that you can stretch out. They care about the safety of their customers and the integrity of their business. One visit I had asked Jesus to check my brake pads during an oil change, he came back out and let me know they were still fine and there was no need to replace them yet. He is pleasant every visit as well as Dee and David! When I come here I know I’m going to be taken care of compared to nightmare situations with dealerships trying to get you for every little thing. They also take into account their guests time and have on more than one occasion discounted something for me for the wait. I’ve never expected it due to how hard they work and the quality of their work, but it doesn’t go unnoticed and it’s very much appreciated! You guys are the best!
