I’d just like to say thank you to the great staff at advance auto when I walked in tee greeted me and when I said I needed my check engine light scanned he asked if I wanted to barrow it or if I needed assistance when I said I needed assistance he sent his coworker Peter out to help me and he was able to read my code and even stayed out in the cold talking to me about possible solutions and places around here that could take a look at my car thank you again to the great staff at advanced auto

I'm a single mother of three that got hit with a horrible string of bad luck on my car... I have been to so many auto parts stores in the past 3 days. None of them that I would go out of my way for to write a review except for the gentleman at the store. His name is Tee and he was so helpful, and understanding to what I was going through! His excellent customer service skills and empathy to my situation will bring me back to this advanced auto parts for all of my future car part needs! Thank you so much Tee for shining some light on my very gloomy couple of days!

Peter was so incredibly helpful. We located the part I needed and he taught me the life skill of being able to replace a part on my truck! Thanks Peter for the amazing customer service.

Car battery needed to be replaced and they had the one I needed in stock. They checked my old battery and replaced my new battery for free all within the 30 min of my purchase.

Tommy helped me with replacing my car battery problem, he’s an honest guy and not afraid to get his hands dirty. He treated us like family. He was so quick and very genuine, we will definitely be coming back to see him since he was so kind to us. Great service even made a new pr for himself while replacing my battery.

I went in today and Peter was very helpful.

We showed up about 30 minutes before closing with a dead battery and it was raining outside. Advance will swap out your batteries when you buy one but it was after dark and raining so if they had said they couldn't I wouldn't have blamed them. However Dillion grabbed his cart and headed out to the parking lot and took the time in the rain to swap out the battery. Great customer service and a step above. Highly recommend.

Very easy going staff always takes care of anything I may need

Most helpful and kind staff of any of the sotrs near Canton. This is best store and the only one I shop at from here on. JOSH store employee was super helpful and cares about his job. Hard to find these days.

Yes went in the store this morning and spoke with Amber the general manager at this location she is so awesome she made sure I had the correct brake pads her service was great she was answering phones helping other customers questions . You need more people like her . Having a employee like Amber will take your company far and make it such a huge success I would recommend her any day anytime to any customer that needs help or any questions dealing with their Auto. I most definitely will go back because of her customer service.

I really appreciate this place recycles used oil. It is such a convenience to be able to drop off used oil.

Christina needed to swap out defective rotors and pads. Amber, Jon, Dillion, and Crista were most helpful. We didn't have our receipt and because of when we bought the parts Christina was not put in the computer properly by the former team. Amber the GM was on top of it and went above and beyond to look Christina up. She then offered to swap the parts out defective anyway and I believe we got an upgrade! Thank yall so much.

Rand was very helpful. Was in a hurry and didn't have tools to change out my car battery that I had to have jump-started. Rand switched out the 5-year-old battery for the new one I purchased at that Advanced Auto, saving me a lot of time and hassle so I could get to where I had to be quickly. Thanks, Rand.

Doing a tune up on my dads truck. We soon discovered the box of wires was one short. Most likely not the fault of any one there. We called it in and in the next day or so they had a replacement in. Good group of people there.

Went to get my windshield wipers changed and Lee was very helpful! Even though it was pouring rain, Lee went out of his way to make sure I got what I needed. Will come back!

Friendly and knowledgeable assistance. Got husband's truck battery charged free, and installed new wiper blades on my Prius. Good people.
