The Doctor is very nice! I am leaving this review specifically for one of the the receptionists. Linda was so pleasant, and went above and beyond to help me. It’s a difficult job, and she is very kind and considerate, with a smile on her face!

Alex Zopo has been an amazing doctor, Always taking the time to listen, He is more available than most doctors these days, and has an amazing bedside manner. Although a little out of the way for me, I feel its worth the trip. I have sent a few referrals over and everyone I have sent is as happy with him as me. The practice's in-house phlebotomists are amazing as well, as I am not normally good with needles.

DR Zopo take very good care of my Mother! We both have a very good experience with this amazing DR. Thanks for your compassion. She is much better now. He is the best!

He is the Best ,Most Caring Doctor I've ever dealt with,you can tell him anything & he does job to make you well.He has Cared for My Mother & Father & Brother In-Law, God rest there Souls , and he's my Sisters Doctor & Mine.I can't ask to have a Better Doctor, he follows thru, & he does return phone calls when you are in the Hospital. Dr. Zopo found a cancerous lump in my throat during a routine check-up. When he asked what was growing in my throat, I thought he was joking. Especially since I had just had major dental work and neither the dentist, the endodontist or even the hygienist ever noticed it or said anything. Turns out I had a rare cancer called polymorphous adenocarcinoma. Because of Dr. Zopo's South American culture, I believe he goes above and beyond the typical North American Dr. as he was very thorough and found the cancer early enough to be removed and I have been cancer free ever since 2005. I will always remember him as being a life saver. Thanks again Dr. Zopo! Christina Wrieden

So glad I found Dr. Zopo! He’s very thorough and takes all the time needed to answer your questions and explain problems. Besides being that, he is also a kind and compassionate man. I would refer him to anyone!

Dr zopo was fine for awhile until the switch from Humana HMO to Aetna PPO then it seemed like he could care less my insurance agent told me HMO Drs were paid to keep you out of the hospital which Dr zopo admitted anyway over a year ago I complained about numbness in my left hand I am a barber and could not hold a comb in my hand lasted about 10 mins at a time he told me to hold my hands out palms down then said well you don't have parkinson's and that was that well it was happening more often and longer so I took myself to the ER they said I was having ats if I can remember the letters but any way a year later I told him again and he asked how often it was happening and said seems like it's getting better so I went back to ER stayed for 4days and they confirmed I was having stokes that whole year the last thing zopo said to me on our last visit was good luck and that I should go back to humana this was a text book stoke

I called to schedule a new patient visit and they informed me that no new patients till April.or May.

Dr Zopo spends 2 minutes with patients.
He doesn't return calls even when one is very sick for almost 3 weeks. His ego exploded when I saw his associate in same office because she was on call and thought I had pneumonia and was available in the morning and Zopo was not. Also saw him a few years ago when I had serious hives and he gave me no medicines to help. It was life threatening. Had to find a better doctor who cared about my well being

After being put on hold for one full hour from Nicole in billing has led me to write this review. I have been trying to resolve an issue with the procedure codes on my billing statement. I initially spoke to my insurance company and they also had made an attempt to speak to billing on my behalf. As of this writing no one has made an attempt from this office to one apologize for the long hold or give me an answer on the billing. Unprofessional to say the least. If you thought it would take up my time with a long hold you could have informed me that you would call back once you did your investigation. I don't think you would appreciate a long hold and still no answer. I hope you will change your phone inquiries to a reasonable hold time for the next patient.
