Finally I found a practitioner who cares. Here you will feel welcome from the first interaction you have. The staff is friendly and the consult is comprehensive. Anytime I have had to go in to get checked out, I have always been presented with treatment plans options and follow ups. If you’re new in town or just looking for a new provider I highly recommend you come here.

Amazing staff that makes you feel like part of the family! Dr. Garcia is very professional and always smiling. Like all doctors offices it has its ups and downs but I have had an amazing experience while being there. Absolutely recommended.

I am actually Mark's wife, Amy McGregor, but since I am on his laptop it's showing his name. I absolutely adore Dr. Garcia and her staff. Everyone there has an excellent personality and are very helpful. I have been seeing her for over a decade and she cares so much she has squeezed me in to see her when I have had any breathing issues because I have chronic asthma and she gets concerned about me during cold and flu season! I have chronic asthma and when cold and flu season are in full swing she has allowed me to come in to check to make sure that I didn't have pneumonia or a respiratory infection. She no longer accepts my insurance but I am paying out of pocket to see her because I have so much faith in her diagnoses and the fact that she takes the time to talk and get to the root of the problem. Dr. Garcia never over prescribes antibiotics or pushes medications on you because that's what the pharmaceutical companies want her to do. Anyone would be lucky to have a Dr. like her.

It took me three months to get an appointment with his doctor. I called and called and called and called and no one answer the phone. I had to get my female friend to literally go up there to make an appointment. I was in the hospital for three days the hospital staff had a difficult time trying to reach the doctor after I was discharged I was told to make an appointment with my physician for additional care for my nephrostomy tube I finally got an appointment went up there on 12 April. They informed me that. That I was mistaken that my appointment was on the 11th I didn’t argue with the receptionist they rescheduled me. I went all way back home came back on the appropriate date. They informed me that they no longer took my insurance. I explain to the receptionist that the insurance is still the same. They just change the Name now I have to find another doctor to care for my nephrostomy tube. I don’t understand why this office leaves me in this condition. I will not be recommending anyone to go to this office. I don’t know if it’s the doctor or if it’s the staff that is mediocrity, horrible customer service.

This doctor is a sham. She doesn't even deserve a 1 star. As I am aiding my father with him medical care, this doctor does not provide any service. The number she provides her patients is never answered. It doesn't even allow you to leave a message. You ultimately get a message that says "your call cannot be completed at this time". How is this an efficient and stellar physician? NOT!!!! With a shady character and no service, I advise you to select another doctor that knows what customer service means to the elderly.

As a fellow licensed health care professional, I am appalled at the service provided at Dr. Garcia's office. I called the office two days in a row last week and left a detailed message with my contact information-- NO CALL BACK. I was calling in regards to a potentially serious condition, but one that did not require ER care. I called again the following Monday and finally get to talk with the receptionist who tells me that they cannot see me AT ALL this week. No apologies for the missed call backs. No attempt at accommodating due to THEIR lack of communication and service. No sense of urgency or concern when it came to the symptoms I was describing. I've already contacted my insurance company to switch primary care doctors. Do not recommend.

DO NOT COME HERE!! THEY DON'T ANSWER PHONES OR CALL BACK. SHE WILL NOT WRITE NEEDED REFERRALS TO YOUR SPECIALIST. SUCKS AS A DOCTOR. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!!
