Family Choice was on time, very helpful, actually recommended that we do a different set up , which would work better but be less expensive. This is my 3rd interaction with them and every time they have done an excellent job! Highly recommend using Family Choice Electric.

We had several companies come out to give us an estimate to hardwire the front and back of the house and install flood lights. One company was not very responsive and could not come out for quite some time. Another company I will not name had a price that was almost twice as much as Family's Choice Electrical Repair. Brad Farley came out the next day. We received text message updates regarding ú8 ETA, he was on time, friendly and professional. The estimate we received was a great value. Brad did a great job. He answered all our questions and had a few suggestions we hadn't considered and they k out great. I highly recommend Family's Choice Electrical Repair

We been using Family Choice Electrical Rapairs for at least 5 years now. They are very reliable and professional. Our last work was a short in our Summer Kitchen outlets and Drew did a very intent job in finding the electrical short. I highly recommend only using Family Choice Electrical Repair and no other company.

This company showed up on time, they called when on the way and did an excellent job for a very affordable price. I really appreciate a business that stands behind what they do. I have confidence that all of our electrical needs will be handled appropriately and efficiently with Family's choice. these are great people to do business with. There were no hidden fees everything was upfront. Came out and quoted us and did the work the same day!! I am very happy with the work performed. Brad & Jeremy arrived on time and started setting up right away. When they finished they cleaned up. This job was not easy. I now have an upgraded electrical system my homeowners insurance & county approves. Good company to work with.

I won’t go into detail of the electrical services I needed, but I would like to say that they arrived on time, the price was very fair, and they even fixed a problem that wasn’t on the home inspectors list of things that needed to be fixed. Office help was very friendly and cooperated in every way to make sure we were able to get my electrical problems fixed. Incredible customer service! Greg and Jeremy went above and beyond to assist me with an emergency situation. They handled all of the legwork for me, arrived well before the time they expected to be available, updated my existing lines along with the repair and went out of their way to expedite my service restoration. From first contact, it was nothing but easy and pleasant to deal with an otherwise very frustrating situation AND they saved me a significant amount of money overall! I cannot recommend their services enough!

Dalton and Jeremy installed a new lamp post in my front yard today 2/14/24. The work they performed was fast efficient and the quality of craftmanship was perfect!!. So much so I'm having them back to install outlets in my carport.

We have used Family’s Choice twice since moving into The Villages and both times have been outstanding!

We had Ben and Brad come to the house earlier this week to install a ceiling fan and to hard wire our Ring doorbell. They were early, respectful of the interior of the house and friendly. When I didn’t have all the equipment needed, they left to pick up the needed item and returned quickly. The final work product was outstanding.

Family’s Choice will be out “go-to” for all our electrical needs moving forward. Highly recommended!

Dalton was amazing! He got everything we wanted done quickly and effectively. He was incredibly nice and made sure to explain everything. He came to install outlets for us but even took it upon himself to check our panel and smoke detectors to ensure everything was working properly. I highly recommend Family’s Choice!

Excellent work by technician Brad Farley. Completely horrified @ $500/hr to troubleshoot electrical panel. $658 for 1.5 hours of electrical works seems outrageous, but I guess that's the prevailing rate? Regards, Paul Waters
