Stopped by while driving home and let me tell you this is some quality coffee! I got the Espresso whole bean and Maelstrom whole bean … the roasts are perfection. Stop by, you won’t be disappointed!

Stopped by on a whim today and picked up some espresso beans. Made an espresso as soon as I got home and couldn’t be happier! I will 100% be coming back for more!

Amazing aromas from the beans, and Jason was of great help and happy to give great coffee advice :) Drove almost an hour to get here, but we will be back for sure! Support local roasteries and one with a quality roasting rig you won't find anywhere else in ATL.

Evidently, they have a great team working behind the scenes to run a local soccer team and market their quality products 👍🏻 I recommend the Mocha Java! It has a really nice mouthfeel and aftertaste - especially for milk drinks.

Quick in and out for freshly roasted beans that are higher quality than you'd expect for the price. The guy working was nice and helpful too. It's so convenient to have this place in Kennesaw instead of driving to Marietta/ATL roasters.

I travel the country on assignment as a commercial photographer, and take my espresso maker with me everywhere.
I had ran out of beans just as I came into the area for work, and found them on google maps.
Great people, and great beans I was lucky enough to be in town when the holiday blend was being roasted.
Look forward to my next work trip through Georgia so I can grab a couple more bags

Jason and the team roast A+ beans and I will absolutely NOT shut up about it. Do yourself a favor and buy a 5lb bag of Mocha Java and thank me later.

We stopped in on Saturday, not realizing they were closed. "Super Awesome Jason", as we now know him as, opened the doors gave us a personal tour. It completely made our Saturday. It was the type of experience that will bring us back and we quickly became fans ! Super excited to have this place right down the street.

Been coming here since the beginning of the year and these guys are great. If you are in the area, make sure to stop by. The roastery is amazing! I always stock up on the espresso blend for my Lelit and then get a recommendation from Jayson. This month I’m going with Mexico from the single origin series for pour over! Only downside is my SB reward points are plummeting but it’s worth the price!

Best coffee roaster in town both specialty and blends!!!

I’ve been looking for a local roaster and found Apotheos. Stopped by and had a great chat with Jason. I told him what I liked and he gave me his recommendations. I just drank my first cup and love the coffee. I will definitely be buying from them again.

We toured the roastery and got samples and a few bags of dark roast coffee. The coffee is delicious and the staff was friendly and helpful.

So glad I tried this roaster! I make my own espresso at home and fresh roasted beans are a must. I also bought some beans for drip brew and Aeropress brew. Absolutely terrific coffee! This will be my go to roaster without a doubt! Try it and tell me I'm wrong. Nice folks. Check it out.

My wife and I recently switched to black coffee for health reasons. We haven't been happy with any coffee beans and we've tried a lot! We wanted something that was smooth and not bitter. After some research, I figured I'd try a local coffee place that had the capacity to brew fresh beans. The guys there recommended their beacon blend. I have to say I'm so happy we tried them. We finally have a coffee we can drink and not hate the taste. Their cold brews are awesome too! I'll only be using these guys moving forward.

This is hands down the best coffee in or around Kennesaw. We only get our beans from here. What a blessing to have a roastery so close to home that sells amazing coffee!

Awesome, awesome place. We are cold brew addicts so we stopped in to check it out and buy some beans and canned brew. They do little 4-pack sampler packs and we loved them all (especially Maverick). We tried two roasts (Maelstrom and Beacon) and both were bold, balanced and exceptionally smooth, the latter being just a little lighter/brighter. We can confidently say they’re both exceptional for cold brew and have become our new favorites. Additionally, the staff is super friendly and gave us a little tour when we stopped in. In short, can’t recommend enough if you’re a fan of cold brew coffee!
