Wow! I can’t say enough about the manager Shandi! Every time I come in she greets me with a smile and a big “hey”!! She is helpful, takes her time, and goes above and beyond the usual expectations. If you need multiple things in one visit she will make sure you get everything you need. She’s friendly and really funny! Thank you for being amazing!!

Christian deserves a medal for having to put up with myself, and my angelic mother. He missed his break to patiently explain, and make sure that we not only just heard about all our new features, but that we ourselves knew how to work them. A top notch knowledgeable, accurate, and understanding salesman. We’re not even in the same state, but would definitely make the hour, and a half drive to that store again, just because of the service we received.

Shandi is an awesome manager. Helped me with everything. Took her time explaining everything and very patient with me. If you want good customer service and someone who is knowledgable, please go see her! She is the BEST! Also the store was clean, organized, and they seem to care about their customers and workspace.

I love this store and definitely the manager, Shandi and her co-workers! Every time I come in she is always so happy to help me and is so eager to make any purchase as easy flow as possible! Everytime I'm in there she is so friendly to everyone and I have watched her help so many people! Her team as I wait for her are just as friendly and just as helpful! Amanda was so wonderful! She really helped me understand everything about our plan and new phones. Not one stone was left unturned. She really went above and beyond for us. Super sweet and patient ladies. I originally had gotten an iPhone 11Pro bought it went home and less than 30 minutes after the purchase I decided to get the IPhone 11 Pro Max instead so I went back to the store and the young lady was very sweet and patient with me even thought the exchange was a little complicated but she didn’t give up and got me all squared away and during the wait we chatted a little. I have visited this store several times in the past six months and I absolutely love working with each single employee in this location. Shandi, Trey, Christian and Maloree are the absolute best. Brian and Chantal need raises! My account had issues that customer support refused to fix for a week, but Brian and Chantal spent hours trying to help me get my service fixed. They were extremely patient with me and were so helpful even though my issue could not be fixed in store. Definitely recommend the Bremen, Ga location!

I went in and ordered my phone a couple days ago, and I dropped in not thinking my new phone had, had time to get there. When I went in Shandi told me that my phone was there. In just a little while I had my new phone and account. Shandi and the other employees there were all great and extra helpful. I would like to recommend that if you want or need a phone or a new service go to the Breman Verizion Store. Thank You to Shandi and the other employees for all the help and such quick service.

This is an independently owned Verizon store. One of the best things is there was not a huge wait to be seen. They still provide the same products and quality of any Verizon store, just with a more friendly hometown feel. Malloree took great care of me. I will be back!

We had Michael help us and he was a cool cat. It was quick, easy and very professional. Highly Recommend.

Tim was such a help with all my millions of questions that I literally asked more than once. He helped us upgrade from our antique iPhones. We are thankful for the patience he had with us.

Was really apprehensive about Verizon and Tara described the the prepaid plans Verizon had. I had no idea. And once she explained the phones on the plan and I upgraded from a different carrier. And from calling my carrier to transfer my service to swapping the info over for me, it was five star service all the way around. Tara was awesome.

I believe Shandi Willis is one of the best managers in her district to to get the privilege of having her work with your account and devices. She's will-versed in her device/account information and customer service abilities. She's first in my phone to call if I have any issues.. Go Bremen!!
