Great location! The baristas are so kind and go out of their way for me. They are knowledgeable about the products served. My drink is always delicious and served with a smile.

I’m in between two Starbucks and I go to this one because it’s “the good one” as far as my drink being made well (which is just a brown sugar shaken espresso, nothing fancy. You’d be surprised how often it’s made differently though!). Never have to wait very long even when they’re in a rush, and employees are always kind and friendly. Glad to have this location in town!

Standard Starbucks experience, good service and drinks made as expected.

I come here often to work for a few hours to give me a change of scenery. The entire staff is great. But I want to shout out to Desi. She goes above and beyond with customer service.

I didn't have to wait too long for my order. I asked for a customized coffee drink and the barista made it perfectly!

Literally one of my favorite Starbucks I've ever visited. The staff is so kind and my drinks are always delicious and correct.

Update: It's been a year & this location has improved significantly... It's now my go to location!

This is a brand new store supposed to be open till 9pm .... Attempted order through Starbucks App order ahead at 1pm wasn't available. Waited an hour to try again @2pm it's a less busy time & normally if Order Ahead isn't available it will be once not busy ! Again attempted to order through the app still not available! Decided to just order at store. Upon arrival the Starbucks looked closed... Drive was actually CLOSED.. I wouldn't have known they were open inside except this particular Starbucks location designed a one way drive through only way out is through which exits right into the store front. It looked closed all the umbrella for the outside seating area where closed chairs were not put out music wasn't on either lights inside also off! Looked like a sign was on the door so got out to read it that's when I noticed only 9ne employee standing near the drive through window. The handwritten sign stated the new Holiday hours. I tried the door & it was open. Store is pretty big yet only had one free standing bookshelf with merchandise & coffee! The food chiller / preserve was completely empty after I walked in two more employees came from the back so three employees have now ignored me .... Finally after 8 minutes a fourth employee came to the front of the store & helped me. My order took 15 minutes from order to the ready & I was the only one in the store I checked the app order ahead wass still unavailable & although the drive through was closed when I first arrived it was now available for order. The hot chocolate was okay just not as awesome as it once was... My coffee which ordered latta style ( caramel creme brulee was awful

Don’t go to this Starbucks if you are looking for positive upbeat baristas! It was such a treat hearing the barista sing 🎶 GOOOD MORNINGGGG🎶 and then when I got to the window to pick up my coffee the other barista made me bust a move dancing! Mind you..no music was playing 😆 I absolutely loved every moment of their energy! You know who you are & thanks for making my morning brighter!

Nice location. The inside is spacious with lots of seating. The man issues are the small parking lot shares space with a Urget Care...so lacl of available spots. The drive thru is always pacled and backs out into the street. Staff is friendly and very speedy. Coffee and food were great.

Coming here today made my day! The staff members were super friendly, service was engaging and quick, and the food & coffee tasted amazing! I enjoyed spending my time dining in and studying here because of the positive atmosphere as well. Very impressive, especially as a new location! Thank you!

Helpful people, new store and great location. Great place to just sit and enjoy the view.

FINALLY!! This store has an amazing crew. They are professional, personable, and get the orders out in lightening speed even in the busiest of times. There are several Starbucks in the immediate area but this one is the one that shines over all of the rest.

If I could give this Starbucks 10 stars I would! Exceptional customer service, super friendly and extremely knowledgeable. This is the first ever location I’ve been to that made my grande caramel crunch Frappuccino PERFECT!!!!!

I was SO excited to have a starbucks closer to me than bridgemill. I've ALWAYS had great service since they opened but today I had fantasic service from the absolute most beautiful person I've ever seen and I hate I didn't catch her name to give her all the compliments! The guy in drive through said to pull forward to Kaitlyn?....Catelynn? But I still don't know if that is who met me at window. If there IS a Kaitlyn at this location then she deserves ALL the praise! She was perfect in every way and I will definitely be coming back! 🥰

I was helped by Sam, and she was just the sweetest ever! Very great worker! Quick drive through. Made my night! Would recommend this Starbucks :)

Finally open! Amazing store.

I am so happy to have a closer Starbucks on our side of Canton. The staff at this location are great and so friendly.
