Today I went in for a drug test and the staff were kind and understanding. Very professional and down to earth.. loved it

Came in for my annual DOT recertification I had a great experience. Staff is very efficient with their job and they got me recertified for another two years. Looking forward to the next visit

My company didn't provide me with all information needed to be seen by the staff...I got very frustrated and wanted to give up ..the sTaff was so patient and helpful...they helped me get through the process to be seen...they didn't have to do what they did, and I don't think I could have done on my own. Thumbs up to the entire staff here...best place for physical and drug testing

Staff was fantastic The doctor on The other hand can try being a little bit more happy she seemed very gloomy. But her assistant Jesse was fantastic.

The receptionist, Jessie, was horrifying rude to my mother-in-law, for a mistake that they made, and were called out on by an out-of-state agency, and threatened to call the police when we asked for a note for my granddaughters school for proof of appearance, after they refused to provide one to us. Going back for a second time to complete the out-of-state requirement, she was almost as equally as rude, and really needs to work on her people skills, or just be fired.

Absolutely horrible customer service!
Tried to call to make an appointment and nobody answered the phone, called several times same result. Decided to stop by and make an appointment in person just to find out that they closed their doors at 4:00pm. Even though the sign (for both family and occupational practices) says 5:00pm, I showed up at 4:02.
The receptionist very rude said that they won’t be able to see me because they closed the door to patients at 4:00 (nowhere is that posted). I tried to explain that I was just trying to make an appointment and she told me that I should call, I tried to explain to her that I tried that but it didn’t work because my calls went unanswered; again very rude, she told me that they must have been in the back and that they were short staffed. It would not take her more than 5 minutes to schedule an appointment for me, instead I was turned away.
I like to support small businesses in my area but apparently they have enough customers that they can have the luxury to turn them away.

Very rude made my husband sit for over a hour past his appointment.
