Bad experience for the reason of having to come there but the service I received was fair.

Terrible company to work with. We run a transportation business and have had to work with NAR and I find these are the rudest, rip offs in the recovery business. They take advantage of most of the finance companies and vehicle owner by stating the car isn’t ready until they have made a certain profit off each vehicle. Take your business to other recovery companies.

People were nice. Parking lot has a giant hole by the driveway.

they tow my truck without even checking the VIN number and when they figure out is the wrong one brought it back and drop it in the middle of the street . just because the previous home owner have a truck like mine . damage the grass damage the drive way one of my rim and tire scratch.

NAR Tow Truck double parked in a handicapped spot in front of Planet Fitness. Funny, they will tow people and charge them hundreds of dollars for parking like this.
