The appointment was at 8 am, and I got loaded quickly. And they wash the machine and the trailer, had to wait in line for some time though

Staff is amazing always greeted with a smile by Kerri, the staff in the back if they are not so busy they always get to you in a timely fashion (Jason, Mr Tony and more) are hard working and last but not least miss Candy checks your equipment out and always makes me laugh. Really enjoy coming here. I love the new management

A fine establishment to say the least. With all of the changes going on I'm still able to service my customers. Definitely have to give it to Carrie at the gate for checking us in. She tries her hardest to get us scheduled in accordingly as well as keeping us from getting tickets for waiting to enter. The loading and unloading crew definitely do their things as well. Keen got me loaded and rolling again right away. The staff here are help and polite.

My husband came here to load and Jona was pleasant and patient to work with for the first time loading at this facility. One of the few people here who knows what is going on amongst the chaos. He looks forward to working with Jona again when loading here at this Keen location.

Exceptional staff, great professional people in the office and in the yard. Good attitudes towards the truckers, helpful and as efficient as you can get.

Easy place to load.

Nice place to load, everything is taken care of, all you have to do is detach your trailer. They could use a water truck around there because it gets really dusty.

Pretty organized place. Come early for pick up otherwise you will wait in line in the AM

Great home cooked meals. Meatloaf,fried chicken biscuits, and sweat tea.

They didn't waste time getting me loaded I'd pick up there anytime in the future

Not bad for 2hrs. No appointments needed check in pick up take off!

Good bunch of guys in the yard.the office people suck.have to jump through to many hoops.they could stream line it easy.
