Made a purchase of a very popular bed cover and it worked great till the first rain. I found it not to be water tight like it should be. This is where amazing customer service comes into play from James. I called and it was promptly warranted out and unfortunately not once or twice, but 3 times. James was Great the whole time both very patient and very firm in making sure that I the customer was taken care of. We both chose to go a different route as far as topper and I also made a purchase for some weather tech mats. This left some money on the table to which James was more then easy to deal with on, he paid me out the remaining balance and we parted ways. I will be back and I will talk up his business positively as he is the epitome of what Amazing customer service should be. In the frustrations came nothing but pleasant respones and prompt actions. OEM Truck Accessories has my continued business for sure. Thank you James and staff!
