Nate Crichton - State Farm Insurance Agent

We have had a great relationship with State Farm and the local agency - Nate Crichton. Moving to another insurance company was a rate decision.
Tennille Mullery has been our regular contact at the Denver NC office and she is outstanding to work with. Everything on time and meets all commitments. Hopefully we can work together again.

I had a car accident late 2023 and Nate personally took care of me: processing the check, a referral to a fantastic auto body shop, etc.
More recently, I was renting a car and needed to decide which rental car insurance, if any, I should pay for. Davina, in Nate's office, walked me through each option and explained the pros and cons.

Switched to State Farm after being with our previous insurance provider for a very long time. Tennille was always very helpful and knowledgeable. I enjoyed getting to talk with her on the few occasions we interacted. I was pleased with my overall experience!

I purchased a new vehicle and phoned State Farm. Talked to Davina. She was so helpful. She changed coverage to my new vehicle immediately and I had a new insurance card mailed to me. Thank you, great customer service.

I have been a State Farm client since the 1970's. When I moved to Denver NC in 2004, Nate Crichton became my local agent. Nate and his staff have provided me and my wife with excellent service. Several years ago a tree fell on my truck. I called Nate. He had my truck towed to a local St Farm recognized garage. The truck was declared totaled and my claim was efficiently processed allowing me to replace my truck in short order. I give Nate 5 Stars.

Nate from State Farm is amazing. He is always very responsive to our needs and provides the best customer service in the industry. His support team is always there to help and I would not think of putting my insurance needs into anyone else's hands period.

Again, I have to praise the State Farm team at the Crichton office. This time I had to have a small crack from a rock filled in my windshield. Davina recommended a place and so I called them to take care of it. They, unfortunately, did not do the job correctly the first time and had to come back the second time and replace the entire windshield. Tennille did the follow up on both incidences and both employees were a great example of customer care and professionalism. Thank you for your help!
