Two years ago my sister and I needed someone to help our octogenarian parents sell their country estate. I knew the property would take time to sell and our parents needed a firm that would take the needs of their age into consideration and work with my sister and I as we helped prepare the house for market, and then assist our parents in making the house available for showings. Maria was recommended by a trusted friend and both she and her firm proved to be the answer to our prayers. As the process progressed we lost dad and mom had a couple of procedures so the house was on and off the market as health needs dictated. Through it all the Maria Sims Group was there for all of us and mom is now in a her new home—also found with the assistance of the Maria Sims Group! My heartfelt thanks to Maria and her team.

Our experience with the Maria Sims group was fantastic. Starting with Bonnie giving us all the advise and encouragement along the way to get our house on the market and Kari making the house ready to sell with her beautiful staging along with Luke and others to keep us up to date and in the loop all the way through the process. And then to top it all off, Samantha was the perfect fit in finding my new home. She was extremely knowledgeable when viewing the older homes I was looking at and always willing to start early and stay late to use the limited time I had to the fullest. I love my new home and couldn’t be happier with my experience.

I have worked with both Maria and Kerry Powell while purchasing my first ever home and these ladies make things so easy on the homebuyer! If I would have known my experience was going to be so flawless, I would have bought a home a long time ago!!! If you have a question, they have an answer and if they don't, they will get back to you in a timely manner and are very thorough in details. Maria and her team are NOT pushy and don't smother you if you are in the looking phase. I literally do not have one negative thought when it comes to the home buying process because the Sims Group cares about you as an individual and your goals to get "home".
