The absolute best company to work with! I bought an enclosed carry-on trailer from my local trailer shop. The first month using it, it broke a leaf spring. The siding started to crack around the screws, so I started a warranty claim. My local dealer gave me contact info for Mark, their sales rep. I spoke with Mark and he took over from there. Mark got the entire suspension replaced, got 4 new tires, and replaced the siding all in the same day at their plant in Lavonia, GA. Practically a brand new trailer all covered under the warranty. Fast forward another month and the same thing happened, broken leaf spring and siding cracking. I was in NJ when this one happened. I got a hold of Mark and he got me into a trailer shop (Franklin Trailers Inc, great group of guys. I dealt with Jim.) the same day. Jim put 4 new leafsprings on it and new hardware. I was gone before they closed that day. I explained to Mark that I had no idea what was going on with the trailer, I figured I got an oddball. I was headed to Texas at the time when Mark texted saying he would get me a brand new trailer built under warranty. Mark had the trailer built in 4 business days and ready for me to pick up in Mexia, TX. Haven't had an issue yet. These guys are great! Every process was smooth and didn't cost me a thing. Go through the stages and they'll get you taken care of 100%. Will definitely do more business with them in the future.

I purchased a used trailer and you couldn't read the VIN sticker any more. I contacted customer service and emailed them everything they requested and I had a new VIN sticker in about a week. I was very happy with Allison's customer service.

Bought a set of Carry-On Trailer folding arched aluminum ramps. They have worked great and nice to have a set that folds up. Unfortunately they only came with one security strap. I reached out to the company and can't say enough about how great the customer service is. Jessica quickly responded and was super helpful! In a time when customer service is lacking it is nice to deal with a company that goes out of their way and is on top of their game.

I can't speak to the negative reviews, but my experience with Carry-On trailers has been nothing but positive. I picked my heavy duty single axle utility trailer up from TSC. It was missing some end caps that I failed to notice. I contacted Carry-On and the rep was very helpful and offered to send me replacement end caps for free. Great customer service.

I love my enclosed trailer, have hauled across the country side and back. Happened to lose my vin plate and they were prompt and quick to get me my replacement. I'm thankful for you folks! Keep up the good work!

I purchased a 6.5x12 Carry-On aluminum trailer from a distributor in Alabama. The trailer developed some small cracks in the railing welds near the ramp. The distributor worked with Jennifer at Carry-On and got a warranty claim started. Jennifer found a local aluminum welder to do the repairs. The shop added gussets to the spots where the welds were cracked. Excellent customer service!

Love my 20' Carry-On gooseneck trailer. Have been hauling with it for over 20 years, on the 2nd wood deck, never an issue. Pulls great!

I'm rebuilding an older trailer and Christina was so helpful in getting a new VIN sticker to replace the old one and Tech/Engineering support assisted and advised on repairs and reinforcement.
You don't find this personal service very often!! I will definitely recommend C. O.!!!
