Glenn Dale Splash Park

Perfect for kids , there are many splash pools for toddler and kids - from 1 feet to 3and 1/2 feet deep as maximum . An online reservation ( park direct ) make you avoid the waiting line . The team and The life guards are professional and doing very good job . They give 10 minute break each hour ( I found that good for kids ,parents and guards )

The facility is very good. The splash park is really nice they have three different sessions tickets are reasonable price for children and adults.
We like that you can bring in your own food in the splash park.
It is connected to the community center.
The service is courteous and they have great space. We use this facility to hold our church services on Sunday

The workers were very helpful and nice the pool was nice, lots of place for kids.

Loved it, it has plenty of chairs to sit or lay down, very spacious, clean and safe, many lifeguards on duty. My kids loved the slides. Definitely coming back!

Super fun and family friendly! Clean restrooms and fun but professional life guards too.

It's nice and clean and my little one had a great time. Most of the part caters to small children but big kids had a blast too. The bathrooms were pretty clean but you can't expect too much from a pool bathroom. There was adequate soap available when I went but no way to dry your hands. Overall I would take my kids again, preferably on a slightly cooler day, though the kids didn't seem to care. Update: 8/22/23 the baby pool slides are out of order but still open. On the weekends, it's recommended to book ahead of time using parks direct.

Been going there my whole life and it never get old this the best pool in Md in my opinion

This is a fun clean space for the family. My wife and I take our children here all the time. It is perfect on a warm summer day. You can bring snacks and drinks to the splash park and can find ample seating at the various tables. Also remember if you have young children than all life vest must be coast guard compliant. Get there early so that you can get in. Also if you pay online in advance than you aren't required to wait in line. Instead walk to the staff member holding a paper at the front. They have a list of everyone who registered and paid in advance.

Has an outdoor swimming pool and splash park for kids

Very nice local alternative to Six Flags. Good price and lots of activities for the kids. There were ample chairs for the crowd and lots of shaded areas so you didn't have to sit in the sun. Lifeguards were engaged which is nice and you can save some money and skip the long entry line by reserving online. For a family of 5 I saved $5.

Best splash park we've been to lots of activities for the kids and the place was clean. Fair pricing too so bring the kids and have a blast!

Great for young kids (swimming age-10ish). Lots of lifeguards on duty, although I still highly recommend supervising your little ones. My nieces and nephews love this place!

I have visited the Splash Park with my daughter's several times this summer. Each time has been a pleasant experience. The staff are helpful and courteous. Most importantly the life guards are focused which makes pool safe!

The kids from 7 to 4 years old lived the place! 3 get deep or less in many places; only 3.5 get in main pool area. There is a small kids slide that was ok; kids not quite tall enough for the big water slide. Next year!

Nice kids pool and splash pad with the best young child's water slide. The staff is very friendly and nice. The kids and caregivers were very polite and nice. The price is very, very reasonable.

Peace. You have to make reservations a day ahead currently. There not allowing REAL FOOD...only 'snacks' which makes zero sense. Peace. Not really crowded. Only can book 3 hour sessions. 2 (3) Hour Sessions per day. Peace.

Unfortunately, today didn't go as well as planned in no way. I received a call at 11:30am about the kiddie pool being down and because of the weather, the park may have to cancel. I have 20 kids. I appreciated the call but I knew I would take my chances. When I arrived, I could tell the staff was hot and bothered. Customers weren't that happy so it showed with some staff. Nicole made it great. She apologized, made sure my party was ok and updated us as much as possible. Due to the weather, the children were only able to play in the water for 1 hour. We waited around for 2 hours. I knew that the kids couldn't get back in but was glad to see the staff inform us and they were empathic. I bought them pizza and for a moment, they were able to play in the water. That moment was just enough. They did reimbursed me and apologized again.

I'm grateful for that staff and them sticking to their rules. I think we want them to bend it for our sake but safety is key.

In addition, Nicole is phenomenal. With people upset and staff, she kept her composure and professionalism.

A hidden gem in PG County. $6 for resident adults. Free for little ones 3 and under. Perfect place for birthday parties. First cone first serve for pavilions unless you make a reservation. They do take 15 minute breaks from the water. Bring all your poolside items along with your cooler and make it a day of fun. Check the website for hours of opening. They close at 6p. I love the fact that they have a separate area for the little kids under 4ft tall.

The children and I had a great time. There is enough to do for children and adults. You can bring your own food and drink. Get there early to secure a covered pavilion. Don't go on the weekend, too crowded. The admission fee is reasonable. $5, for seniors over 60 and $5 for children.

Great little splash water park. Not anything to go out of your way for, but nice, and fun for small kiddos. Do make sure you check website though you need to be a Calvert county resident to book on certain days. It is government run so you know - don’t care at all about making profit.
