This guy was great!! Excellent customer service and never acted like the children and I were a bother. He helped us get 100% sorted with all we needed.

Excellent customer service! Went in and asked for a diagnostic because my ABS sensors were coming on again after a battery change. The Associate, Christopher was very polite and very helpful. He went above and beyond. Also did an alternator test to make sure it was the source of the problem. Thank you guys so much. Car is going in the shop and was able to charge the battery up enough to get it there in the morning. Found my go to autoparts store.

This store is now my go-to auto parts store in LaGrange. Everyone there is extremely knowledgeable and they genuinely seem to like their jobs and their customers. I ordered a part on Sunday and it was in the very next day. Great service from Steve.

I was at Advance Auto Parts yesterday in LaGrange GA, the manager was arguing with a customer. I just walked out I had $150 worth of items.
I just could not believe what I was seeing, and listening to.

Had to exchange a wrong size exhaust pipe with zero issues

Low prices and friendly staff and I greatly appreciate that noone I have dealt with looks at me with the expression on their face and thinking I dont know what I'm talking about.

Has a bad habit of ordering wrong parts, but overall has good customer service. Also to me is the the best auto parts store to go to.

Only parts store shop at great deals I do call and check around and see who the cheapest now at a bad experience with AutoZone years ago I've been going to O'Reilly ever since
