Great experience as a new patient. Decided to go this office based on the reviews. The reviews are true, everyone was friendly and I felt welcome. The hygienist did a gentle but thorough cleaning. Dr. Castor was also very friendly and communicated throughout the examination. Also the lady at the front desk went above & beyond by scheduling my consultation at the oral surgeon for me. Would definitely recommend!

Today was my first experience with a dentist since August 2017 after separation from the military. I cannot express how pleased I was with my care, and the staff at Castor Family Dentistry. I listened as staff spoke to patients as if they were family and had been coming there an entire lifetime. I would recommend this dentist and his entire staff to anyone and everyone I met asking about dental care. Finding a group of people that still care about patients, where you're not just a number is rare at best. 10/10 have found my dentist for as long as I'm in Greensboro.

Great experience. My husband and I were new patients. We came in for our initial X-rays and cleaning. The facility was clean and appealing. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The technicians who cleaned our teeth were thorough yet gentle. I'm very pleased with our new family dentist!

The staff was very friendly, Ms Sharon was my first contact. She made me feel that they would be able to meet the needs of my child. Dr Castor was very knowledgeable. My daughter who gets nervous about going to the dentist said he and staff made her feel comfortable. I have already recommended the practice to a friend.

The staff are all warm, efficient & accommodating. There is no wait time, however the lobby is very comfortable to wait in, with complimentary tea and coffee. Dr. Castor explained his treatment plan well and showed pictures of my teeth. The filling was done well and quickly - with breaks offered to me if needed. My cleaning was very thorough. Very happy to have found this practice and would highly recommend Dr. Castor and his staff! - 1 year later edit: my teeth are clean and in great shape thanks to Dr. Castor & staff! I also love that sunglasses are offered while getting work done - very comfortable! Pretty windows/views in each room as well - lovely!

I can not recommend this practice enough!!! Wonderful experience!!! I had a very bad experience with a previous dentist and was very nervous about the appt but the staff was so nice and put me at ease. Sharon was wonderful and Addie, my hygienist was so gentle and kind and wonderful!!! Dr. Castor was very Thorough, gentle and super nice. I walked in nervous and uneasy and walked out smiling!!! So thankful that I found this wonderful practice!!!

They were all very friendly and professional. The offices are neat and clean. My dentist (Carrie) took great care of me and made me feel comfortable and relaxed, it had been 10+ years since my last dentist appointment. Highly recommend Castor family dentistry.

I had to have a crown today after breaking a piece of the tooth off yesterday. Dr. Castor and Chrissy did an excellent job of alleviating my fears and affixing the new crown. When I called on Tuesday to see if Dr. Castor could see me, Sharon did a fantastic job of making sure I was seen before the long weekend. Great job all around!

Today, my office visit was as wonderful as all the rest. The entire staff, from the administrative assistant, hygienist, and the doctor were all so professional and kind. My experience(s) goes beyond words. The office atmosphere is so inviting; i.e. - clean waiting room with complimentary coffee, soft and pleasant music, clean offices to name a few. Since Dr. Castor took over the practice, he and his staff have been welcoming and are so pleasant to communicate with upon visiting and I have visited several times and the staff has not changed their way dispositions. I highly recommend.

My routine visit with Dr. Castor and his staff on Tuesday was excellent! They took me in right on time, my hygienist did a great job and Dr. Castor was friendly and professional. I have also had some major work done by Dr. Castor in the past and have found him to be skillful and caring. He practices state-of-the-art dentistry, which I appreciate because I expect to keep my teeth for the rest of my life 😀. Castor Family Dentistry has my highest recommendation.

My first appointment in many years. I was nervous and to be honest scared. Everyone in the office was super nice and took really great care of me. During my filling procedure Dr. Castor and his staff were very patient with me and I couldn’t be more grateful with the care I received.

Excellent dental office experience. The facility looks great, well designed and aesthetically pleasing. Very clean and well kept. All staff members I encountered were personable and welcoming. This was my first appointment at this office and I was very pleased.

My 2 children, age 5 and 7, as well as myself are patients. We are always greeted by friendly staff and treated like family. My children are always excited when it is their turn for a visit and all of my nerves about see a dentist after many, many years of not seeing one, have been completely eased. I am so grateful that we found them!

Service was first class from the moment i walked in till the moment i left!! The receptionist was very friendly and welcoming and answered all of my questions, the hygienist was very patient with me as this was my first real time as an adult going to the dentist, i told her my fears of the dentist and she assured me i had nothing to worry about and she was right! She took her time and was not rough at all and went over all her concerns with me while she was cleaning me teeth, dr castor was very intuitive and kind as well and gave me great advice about the things i need to have done, i recommend castor family dentistry to anyone who's looking for top of the line service and treatment!
