They are the best. I have a plan with them and I pay 69 a month so my visit was free. They take care of my puppy Apollo and I'm very happy

I had to bring my baby there as his health was declining. Right away Dr Upshaw knew that my beloved Teddy had kidney failure. I was crying uncontrollably and not once did Dr Upshaw treat Teddy like he was just another dog or like I was nothing. This was my first time ever having to handle death of a loved one. Dr Upshaw walked me through the whole process and answered my questions. My baby transitioned peacefully. The staff was also kind to me as I had to pick out stuff. Dr Upshaw also gave me some of Teddy’s hair. Thank you so much for your help during this time.

Dr Upshaw and his staff are very comforting and understanding. They are also much more reasonably priced then any other vet. Always recommend.

The staff here is very hard-working and the veterinarian is a great guy he really cares about the animals I wouldn't take my pets any other place

Nice small veterinary practice. They do up to 20 walk-ins in the morning and appointments in the afternoon. Getting a walk-in visit involves checking in at 8:00am and they will assign a slot to return for your visit. Appointments are generally booked 2 weeks out.

Love bringing my dogs in to see Dr. Upshaw. He's very polite and caring towards all animals. I love how reasonable their prices are and that they even take walk ins. But be sure to get there early because they get pretty busy as soon as they open.

Love bringing my 3 pets here for all their needs sand my wants. Been coming for over 4 yrs. The employees are human and when there is a question they do their best to get you the correct answers.

Been bringing my animals here for over 15 years. Grooming is excellent. Here's my pooch now after his last grooming. His name is King bc he thinks he runs the castle. He's a liver colored schnauzer.

Dr Upshaw and his staff are so compassionate and caring. They have always been more than reasonable on prices . My older girl has had her teeth cleaned twice by Dr Upshaw. I highly recommend Burlington Road Animal Hospital for your fur-babies needs. Straight forward no surprises. Thank you for the grooming that was beyond necessary and the patience and non judgmental given to me. Sometimes things happen that seems like a animal is neglected but not always the case. In my case hot spots created a traumatic experience for my pup that she needed a sedated shave down and I was so glad they understood the situation. Never had she been this bad and wouldn't stop chewing. 😕 I am so thankful for you and your staff.
