St. Louis County Library–Prairie Commons Branch

I take my grandkids there. They enjoy the arts and crafts on mondays. They all so serve free lunches from 12 to 1 min. Monday thru Friday. They really love it. Also on Fridays they a movie and pizza.

The garden is beautiful. First time being at this spot and I have to say. O is this heaven. Wish it was.

Not the branch we usually go to but it was very nice. They were offering a little doctors class my 3 year old enjoyed. They also had some different toys to play with in the kids section and even an outdoor play area she loved. Bathrooms were very clean which is always a plus.

The lady at the counter was very helpful and super friendly. She went above and beyond when I didn't have an actual physical copy of mail for my residence. I didn't get your name but thank you for being so patient.

This is a really nice library. The staff was friendly and helpful. I usually don't go to this one, the Rock Rd one is closer. This one off of Dunn Rd may be my new first choice.

I had a $5.00 credit on my account for printing/fax service. The free printing is no longer in effect however a $5.00 credit will be issued every month in 2022 for library card holders. Nice perk for the cancelation of the previously free services!

A great branch of the St. Louis County Library system. It's nice to also have so many connections to provide more materials for check out. Lots of variety in items you can check out as well. There's always events going on to keep you entertained and backed by a good and supporting staff to help with any issues you come across.

I just love the new setup. They finally put in a lower catalog computer with a chair for people who can't stand too long &/or people in wheelchairs. The new kids section is wonderful for my grandson! I've always loved being able to place new release books & DVDs on hold and just picking them up each week, but this new design seems even more efficient for people on the go. I haven't had to use Redbox or Netflix for new movies in years, which also means I haven't spent a dime (except maybe a few late fees here & there)! They always have brand new titles of books too! I'm also guilty of perusing their online book & video selections & have even used the interlibrary loan on occasion. I love this branch, & I always feel welcomed because most of the employees & volunteers know me by name since I'm there every week, lol.

Besides having a large variety of books they have a kids section where kids can play and read books freely. They are also offering summer lunches for kids

Love the updates! My toddler loves the kids room and computer games. My teen loves the teen section.... it's well organized and easy to maneuver. We go often....

Great library! Clean and organized with a fun kids area.

Kind staff, efficient availability of computers; there's an outdoor community garden, and nice sized parking lot with two entrance/exits.

The staff was friendly & very helpful in helping me obtain a new library card.

Location in a Good spot close to home. Staff is nice and the computer 💻 is always open. Never a wait get in and get out.

I love to go here to find books to read, it is super cozy and equally as good for study or work.
