I have been with American Family Insurance for almost 30 years. They have been consistent. When I needed to file a claim I always felt taken care of. And they are always on top of giving me the discounts that I qualify for.

My 18yr old bought a new pick up and was able.to obtain ins for so much less every 6 months through American family.

Can't pat insurance if no one is there to take your money! Door says 8:30am but website says 9am!!

Top notch insurance Broker always willing to help

They were very helpful in getting back to me about cost and coverage on the new house my family & I bought last year. I was comparing rates with several different insurance company before we bought our house and it was nice to be able to get comparable prices on all of the coverage we currently had at the time. Although we ended up going with a different insurance company for our house and cars we kept American Family for my life insurance and may add my family later down the road.

I have had very little contact with my newest agent.
