Ciara was extremely helpful in getting me set up with a new phone plan, phone, & accessories. She answered all my questions, concerns, & explained my next billing statements. I look forward to hopefully working with her in the future when I need to go in-store.

About two days ago we visited AT&T’s Pontotoc location and were greeted by an amazing staff especially Shamonte who helped us through it all. Although it was a long process and had a few bumps they tried continuously to get us what we needed. We left very happy with two more lines , two new phones in hand and two Apple Watches on the way !!! , Shamonte even helped us change our service plan to a much better and more affordable option. The entire staff was very understanding and happy to help us out , especially Shamonte !!!

I had a lot of questions and he took the time to fully explain services so I could determine exactly which I needed and the cost of each. He also went over the features and helped me get started using them. Kelsey greated me at the door with a smile. I had an issue with a phone I had purchased 2 days ago and she was only too happy to help. She was very knowledgeable and friendly and an all around wonderful customer service rep. The transaction was a great example of "customer first" service! I recently became an AT&T customer, and was very thankful for Michael Pereira, and his help on such a short notice!!
