Their customer service is horrible. The lady that worked the evening shift on 6/12 was ugly. Could not keep her lies straight. I was charged 188 for a water bill.Bill has never been over 50.00 I had two professionals with bills to come and check that the meter was spinning uncontrollably. They did not catch it and correct it. Had the nerve to say they don’t have time to check Billings like that. Thats your job! I called back after I was hung up on. She forwarded my calls until after 5:00 of closing. She needs to be FIRED!

Why are we still unable in 2020 to make a payment over the phone or online?! It is so far out of my way to drive to the office and I never have postage on hand. It is so inconvenient to pay this bill. Maybe consider updating.

I was supposed to have water 2 hours ago now. Pontotoc needs to do better cause this really is ridiculous especially because I have a 3 year old at home.

Since they moved to the new location, I have to go out of my way to get there and there is never anyone there when I get there.
