I have never seen more polite professional people than at your Pontotoc Walmart today. Alex was so courteous when we were checking out and sent us off with good day wishes. Jon had a big smile and met me taking my cart from me to put away. Again wishing us a good day. You have some great employees that made a huge difference in my shopping experience. Thank you.

They noticed 2 holes in my tire while I was asking for air. I'm very thankful situation could have turned out so much worse. Thank you so very much

Always helpful staff but I find nothing that I go for because I forget that I came in for something specific and leave with everything but the specific item. Lol. Typical Walmart trip.

Pontotoc Mississippi Walmart is the absolute best Walmart in the entire state of Mississippi hands down. The numbers and staff speak volumes!

Love this Walmart, never too busy or crowded like Oxford.

This Walmart is always my favorite. Anytime I have to go to Walmart it will be this one, in Pontotoc. Not the one in Oxford, where I live . The Pontotoc store just has the nicest people, the best service and all around best store.

This is for the online shopping with pickup/delivery only which is how I shop here. I love the convenience of shopping online & picking up even within the same day. I try not to pick a time that is super busy which you will know if you do it enough. I never have to wait long at all even when they are super busy. The employees who bring your pickup orders out are absolutely awesome. They are super friendly & work hard to make sure you get your items quick. Even when it is raining they never complain or act as if you are unconvincing them. I have never had anything damaged by how things are loaded in my vehicle. They are very careful about your items. I was even really late one time because of helping my mother move & they were super chill about it. They were so nice when they didn't have to be so things like this are much appreciated.

I've had deliveries several times as well & the drivers are super nice & friendly. It's just a little costly or I would always choose this.

The substitutions used to be aggravating. But now, they have changed things about that. I like how now you are allowed to pick substitutions ahead of time for low stock items. Or choose don't substitute at all. And now they also make sure the substitutions are ok once you pickup if for some reason you haven't had a chance to look at your notifications. Or it slipped your mind to check for it.

I will say this, be careful when getting fruit or produce. I have gotten fruit before that was bad & even a day away from expiration date. And the last sack of potatoes was pretty sad. The bread & bakery items are always good, it's just the fresh fruit & vegetables. There is always a trade off for convenience. And the service makes up for anything like this.

There are plenty of spaces for pickup & shopping in store. And the pickup area is clearly marked throughout the lot. Also, even with heavy traffic it's easy to get in & out easily. It's very well lit at night & safe as well. You can easily see the store from either highway. And the entrance/exit has a traffic light which is a huge bonus.

The best Walmart that I ever been to period!! Store was very organized and they had a 1 dollar and a 3 dollar clearance rack!! I have never seen a Walmart so clean and organized in the 26 plus year's as a Walmart customer!! Also, the staff was awesome and made you feel at home. Our Walmarts in the Midwest need to take notes from this Walmart, especially Racine Wisconsin, Kenosha, Wisconsin and all Illinois Walmarts!

Friendly welcome all the time. Can basically get all my supplies in one stop shop! Reasonable prices on eats.!.! And self checkout if needed. New gas station. Beautiful women of all nationalities. And, HAIL STATE....

Walmart is a great place to shop. But there prices now is just as high as everyone else.

I give them the same review as all of the retailers in this country we so proudly still call America. God bless your efforts and bless each and every one of your employees for putting up with rude and grouchy customers who have no idea what you do for them behind the scenes. I for one give you a huge round of applause👏

This is a very clean fast and friendly store. I just love the manager Brian and his staff. My experience there has been very excellent. I would love to become a member of management at store 164. All in all great store, way to go 164.!!! You guys have really opened my eyes to a lot of things and I will retain this information and bring it back to my store. Oh yeah I wanna give a shot out to Ms. Betty also she's an an amazing assistant manager!!!!

Excellent prices on many useful items throughout the store. Sales floor employees are usually polite and helpful. Some cashiers however need to be better trained on how to deal with the public. Overall a good place for an all in one shopping trip.
