Holiday Inn Express Marshfield (Springfield Area), an IHG Hotel

Thank you to the blonde running the front desk! You really accommodated our needs and went above and beyond. Very grateful and hoping it shines back on you when you need it to. Also I loved that the rooms come with lotion, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. We could ask the front for any other toiletries we may have needed. It was a much needed rest and rejuvenating break
from the long drive.

I travel for work and stay in hotels. Most of the week. this is one of the best holiday inns. I have stayed at. I will definitely stay here again next time. I'm in the area period staff was polite and helpful room was clean and comfortable, and breakfast was delicious.

Very clean, comfortable beds, good breakfast, large screen TV with full cable. Reasonable price.

It's easy to leave a great review because the hotel seems fairly new. It was very clean, the bed was perfect and breakfast was good.

This was a great hotel stay! Very clean rooms, easy check in, wide spread of hot and cold breakfast options, and room for our trailer and uhaul to park.

Clean and accommodating for my stay. Staff was very kind and gave me tips on where to park my Uhaul and trailer. I left medication at the hotel and they went out of their way to mail it to me!

Very Clean, friendly staff that went above and beyond. Best Breakfast bar we ever had. Stayed 5 nights and couldn't have been more pleased!

I highly recommend staying here when visiting. The hotel owner is present and genuinely concerned for his guests, he even went out of his way to accommodate our work crew with early breakfast. The rooms are spacious, well laid out, super clean with newer fixtures. The front staff have all been amazingly helpful. Well stocked snack bar.

Very clean nice little stop on our way to Oklahoma from the Chicago area. The front desk folks were very nice. It was very quiet and the facilities were very nice and up to date. The bed was a little firm for me but I slept well after 8 hours of driving.

Great staff, clean comfortable rooms, breakfast was amazing and on point, and the coffee was the best I have had on the road! Better than Starbucks by far! Thank you, will definitely be staying there again when we pass through.

My wife and I were traveling through the ozarks on our way west on February 2nd of 2022 when the snow and ice became too bad for this Florida to drive in. After driving all night, we decided to try to find a hotel, albeit at 9 in the morning, and this was the first place we called. The hotel manager who was working the desk provided excellent customer service over the phone as we talked about our situation and how we needed a room for the night, and she was kind enough to let us check in early so we could get out of the cold. Upon our arrival we were offered a hot and fresh breakfast which we enjoyed in the company of some of the locals escaping the weather as well. The room was immaculate, no issues that either of us saw. The bed was extremely comfortable and made a good place to sleep. All staff members we encountered, including the franchise owner, were very respectful, helpful and friendly. I would definitely put this hotel on the top of my list when passing through on I-44 or coming in to town for one of the many Route 66 festivals. Thanks guys for a wonderful experience!

Breakfast was better than average by a good country mile. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and smelled clean. I really appreciate a good place to stay when away from home and this place will be seeing us again when traveling calls for us to be there again.

We enjoy the HI Express properties because we can count on clean, comfortable rooms and a good breakfast in the morning. This hotel hit it out of the park.

First of all, we LOVE the bubble walls near the lobby! In fact, we need to find out who the manufacturer is, because we want them for our home that we're designing. Ashley, Angela and everyone else at the front desk was very helpful and accommodating. We were very pleased with this visit.

The room was nice, the bed was very comfortable, and it was QUIET! We needed quiet badly this visit, and we got it. The shower was nice.

Breakfast. The cinnamon rolls are awesome, but there are plenty of options to please every pallet.

This visit was required for a family funeral: we had to make the reservations on the fly... Holiday Inn Express was flexible and would with us to make sure that our stay was perfect. And it was!

Beautiful rooms, super friendly and attentive staff, wifi and TVs work well, as do Keurig and fridges. Great water pressure in the shower! Breakfast was much better than expected with everything from biscuits and gravy to omelets and pancakes! A little pricier than I usually go for but @ around $110/night while paying on a weekly basis, however wasn't able to book in advance etc, all in all a great place to stay! However, if looking for a quick rest I'd suggest goin 2 more exits down I44 to the west and decent accommodations can be found for half the price.

Very nice, would definitely recommend to friends and family. Had a great warm breakfast with a good verity. Slept great. Special thanks to Charlotte! She went above and beyond. Very kind and caring. In the last week we have traveled and stayed at a few different hotels and by far this is the best. Keep up the great work and thank you for making our stay a great one.

Small place in a small community but it worked for us passing through for one night. Apparently completely remodeled recently. Check in was pleasant. The rooms were nice & had a few extra touches. It was the breakfast that stood out, though. Much better than average or expected with very attentive staff including the desk clerk who stepped in to keep everything ready & flowing smoothly.

HOWEVER there was absolutely
no where to hang anything.......
No closet, NO rod, no bar, no individual pegs...nothing and no mirror in the main quarters.
yes, there was a shower curtain rod....and the handicap rails in the tub were present but ackwardly placed
