Number One Plumbing, A/C, Solar & Electric

Ricardo, Adam and Nathan did an excellent job installing a humidifier on our furnace. They also corrected some suspect wiring which was clearly not to code. Number one plumbing has now completed three jobs at my house over several years. They have always done a great job. I definitely trust them with my plumbing, electrical and HVAC needs.

We had 2 new HVAC systems installed with number one plumber. We could not be happier. The level of expertise and experience is undeniable. And Cory who led this very technical install is fantastic.

Number One Plumbing has been awesome to work with. I worked with Anthony in the office to get a time set up for a diagnostic on my 60 year old shop heater and he was responsive and extremely helpful. Adam came out to my shop and got it back up and running again . He explained to me how everything worked and answered my questions, did an excellent job. Rather than trying to tell me I need to replace then entire unit like other companies might, they worked with what I had and were able to fix the problem. 100% recommended.

We bought toilets and needed them installed on the weekend since we work through the week and could not take off. I called a few places and didn't get an answer or they could not do it. But when I called Number One Plumbing they sent Nathan out same day. Nathan did an awesome job and we discovered one of the toilets were broken. I got another toilet and Nathan came out the next day to complete the job. He did excellent work and was very professional. Their customer service was so awesome too and we now know who to call if we need a plumber. We would recommend Number One to everyone. Thank you Nathan for such an awesome job. 😀

My heating unit went out in the middle of the night, and when I woke up the house was 59 degrees! I was freezing, and Adam from Number One Plumbing, A/C, Solar & Electric was at my house in less than an hour. He is clearly knowledgeable in his craft and explained what the issue was and how to help maintain my unit in the future. He had my heater up and running in no-time! His professionalism, promptness, and knowledge is a true testament of what high quality service is and sets the bar.

High fives to Luis M. He came to my home today and had to troubleshoot to find an electrical problem, that had been out for almost 3 months. He knew what he had to do and got it done within two hours. Number one plumbing and solar also gave me a senior discount for the work he did. so the cost wasn’t as bad as I thought it could have been. He was professional, courteous, respectful & trustworthy. This review is a little bit late, as I thought I had already posted it. However,
I've been using Number One Plumbing for about 3 years now and I've never been disappointed. They've always been on time & professional. This appointment was no exception. Nathan was my Tech this time. He was on time and very polite. He shut down my heater & set up my AC quickly & efficiently. He answered my questions and was nice enough to get measurements for my, so that I could order a new AC cover.
Number one is my first call whenever I need help! I highly recommend them!
--Just an update for 11/08/23. Electrician Ricky came to shut down my AC and turn on my heater. He was very polite and professional , I've never been disappointed In their staff. He did a great job and tested the air before he left. I absolutely can't imagine using anyone else!

We searched around beforehand and went with number one because they had good service and an affordable replacement of our new mini-split. Cory, Ricardo, and Jonah were awesome and the install went quickly and smoothly. Everyone there was thorough and answered all our many questions, and they'll be the first people we call when we need hvac services again - we'll probably use em for plumbing and electric too!

GREAT SERVICE from Adam and #1 plum i g & Heating!! We had a furnace blower go out..called at 9am..by 9:30 he was there,diagnosed the problem,got the parts WORKED THROUGH HIS LUNCH HOUR and saved us a ton of money by checking everything and adjusting setting! He was courteous,professional and very thorough in his explanations and discussing options..felt like we were talking to a friend! Will definately call #1 Plumbing again and will absolutely ask for Adam!

Had a blocked washer drain and slow sink drain. My appointment was set within 24 hours of call. A picture of technician sent to me so I knew who would be arriving and when. The service was thorough and precise. Cost of visit and work were reasonably priced. I am very happy with the work and will use them again when I have need.

Moses was very professional. He looked at the job offered solutions and options based on our input then completed it in good order. I've used Number #1 a few times now in the past with great results.

Both Ricky and Cory did a fine job for us. Number One responded to our heating concerns by coming the day after we left a message on their voicemail!
Both technicians showed up when they said they would. It’s refreshing to work with a company that is dependable and prompt.

Chance arrived on time, and was very courteous. He listened to my description of the issue with my solar monitoring connectivity, diagnosed the issue, and provided his recommendation for hardwiring the connection. He also evaluated the status of my backup generator installation, and what it will take to complete the install and test the equipment. The following day he was able to return and make the adjustment for the solar panel monitoring. I then received a quote for the generator install completion. I will post another review when that work is complete.
All the work Chance has done so far has been great and I look forward to the completion of the project.

Thank God for service providers like #1 plumbing. 3 years ago my property owners, who we love, had new electric heating and cooling systems installed in our house and for 3 years every season change we have had problems that never stopped. The guy that they'd send out always treated us like my husband and myself had caused the issues. This year the owners approved us to call and set up service through #1PLUMBING and the genius, his name is Adam, came out to fix our units and was awesome, he explained everything to us, was respectful and him and his whole team that were in our home even made friends with our old dogs who don't like strange people on the roof making noise and coming in and out but the whole experience was far superior to any other service that we've had used since the units were installed before the pandemic. Adam, his team and #1 plumbing come highly recommended by me and my family. Thanks for everything.

Nate was amazing and very patient and listened extremely well and asked questions that reflected he was truly listening to my concerns and issues we need addressed. I feel secure in trusting Number 1 Plumbing, etc. mainly bc everyone I’ve spoken to so far are very knowledgeable, professional and customer satisfaction is obviously very important to them. I am extremely happy that I chose this company for the work we need done and 100% believe Nate will deliver the better than the best results!

#1 Plumbing installed a huge 12-zone mini-split system for us. It was a perfect experience. Cory, Jonah, Nate, Ricardo, and Luis patiently took my input to plan positions and options, and they all worked diligently but carefully each day to make it happen. They were friendly and eager to give updates and explain their steps, and cleary they are true experts and determined to get every detail right. Now it all looks tidy and professIonal, and is working great.

Update: I've now used them for electrical and HVAC maintenance and both teams that came out were EXCELLENT!! On time, professional, considerate, conscientious and excellent service. They left our garage cleaner than it was when they started the work. All drywall dust was vacuumed and they even replaced the drywall they had to cut out for the job. Exceeded my expectations again!

Our expansion tank developed a pinhole leak which sprayed water onto and made a hole in our drywall, which hit the 2x4 behind it and guided the water up behind the ceiling drywall.

I turned off the water to the house and called a few plumbers the next day. Number One Plumbing responded right away and I scheduled someone to come out the next day. I sent the picture of our expansion tank and he said the plumbers would come out with the correct tank to replace ours with.

The plumbers, Scott and Scottie (no relation) came out on time and I received a text about 30 min before their arrival, just as I asked. They were courteous and professional. They took one look at our tank and said they didn't have the correct size. What they had was about half the size of what I needed. There was no mention of getting any picture from the scheduler. They ended up driving back to their supplier and came back with the correct size. This took about 50 min. Once they had the correct tank, the replacement was quick.

They turned the water back on and made sure there were no leaks before leaving.

Overall, the plumbers were excellent, made me feel at ease (I was home alone and live in a rural area) and were efficient. The only reason I gave them four stars instead of five is that the scheduler did not forward the picture of our tank to them so they could have brought the correct sized tank. I would definitely use them again, but will double check that whatever the scheduler says is actually done.

Luis showed up on time, was thorough in his analysis. (Our house was built fifty yrs ago so by current standard needed another ground rod.) They gave us a reasonable quote and I asked if they could work us in today, which they did. All the conduit and fittings were installed clean and tight, like artwork. Luis is a very knowledgeable professional. Couldn't be more pleased with the outcome!

Corey and Jonah did a fantastic job of installing our mini-splits. They arrived in a timely fashion, completed the work in a professional and fastidious way while communicating well on progress and patiently answering any questions I had. I'd highly recommend these guys and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
