Linthicum Library - Anne Arundel County Public Library

She is really helpful, polite, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Also, Ms. Sue and Ms. Megan go extra mile to help people with their needs. I used to be a Lithicum employee myself, until do to scheduling issues I had to resign. But let me tell you!! This was one of the best experiences of my life. Not only did I lean what a healthy work environment looks like but I also learned the importance of work ethic. The staff is welcoming and willing to listen. They have a wide selection of books, and if they don’t have one they always are willing to order it for you, and must of all it’s very clean, and quite. I strongly suggest working, volunteering, studying, and visiting here.

My sons grandmother was in town and took him to the Linthicum library. She forgot his library card at home, and since she is an out of state resident, she can not open a membership. Susan is the name of the desk agent who worked with her and my son. My sons name has a different spelling than normal and she was unable to find his account so she placed the books on hold for us to come back to pick up. When we arrived to pick them up there was a personalized note to my son and his grandmother apologizing that she was unable to access his account because of misspelling his name, and that we had to make a return trip. This made my 4 year old's whole day because he felt so special and important. It also made me very happy to know that Susan took time out of her day to help make this happen for my son. I wanted to make sure she was recognized for her ability to not only care, but go above and beyond for her customers :) even if they are 4 year old's. Thank you so much for what you did. We really appreciate your kindness.

The library in Linthicum is a true community treasure. The staff is excellent and what the location lacks in the stacks they more than make up for with their service. One of the things that makes this location really stand out is the excellent selection of programs that they offer. The story times for children are particularly good. Many thanks to the wonderful folks who make our library a gem of the community.

Convenient, friendly staff, nice layout make for a good visit.

It is an awesome library with incredible staff. These days, reserve online, curbside pickup and drop box returns. Also good Wi-Fi in the parking lot and it's a PokeStop and a gym.

The library is clean, well-stocked, and organized, and the staff members are very kind! There are several public computers as well as young adult and child sections.

Always clean and welcoming! We love going to the Babies in Bloom group every Thursday with Ms. Susan!
