New and improve Laurel Library. Beautiful landscape. Spacious private rooms, lots of packing space. Playground and water splash to cool off on a HOT 🔥 summer ☀ day.

Family friendly place! The staff is very friendly and approachable. There’s a kids section for your children to fall in love with readings and a teen section as well. There is also a park next to the library!

This location has a clean, modern look. Everything we well organized, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. They have good wifi, as well as a 3d printing station with a MakerBot replicator, though in order to get anything printed, you will need to submit the files on their website. There is also a selection of Blu-ray discs available here. Another useful feature of this branch is that they have a print center that also allows you to send fax with a credit card for just under $2 a page.

Excellent new building. Saw a librarian very enthusiastically doing story time and she really engaged the kids. Fantastic decorations and there is a unique playground and dog-friendly park/basketball court on property

This was my first time visiting a library in at least a decade, and I must say, it was a breezy experience. The Madame at the front desk gracefully put my concerns & I at ease both on the phone beforehand and in person during. It was both a peaceful environment & experience.

Ms Tracy does story time at the Laurel Library. She is the most wonderful, welcoming and sweetest person I’ve ever met. I don’t know how she does it while still raising her own children and keeping up with her hobbies and running marathons. She’s amazing!!!!!

This is my happy place! I wish I could come here more, I would if I weren't so busy so I try to stop by once a month for an hour or two. Staff are friendly and always willing to help, and I love how calm and quiet the building is. I love reading by the fireplace in the colder months.

Good Library experience all around: Courteous/Pleasant staff, many resources/services, security. One of the best libraries I've experienced even when they were at the previous location.

Great staff, especially Jimmy! They always seem glad to help you, which is rare these days in customer service.
Also like their study rooms, comfortable & sunlit.
They are the model for how other libraries shuold operate.

Great Library since the building update. Well lit with state of the art furniture, and spacious. Staff, very friendly and helpful. Jimmy is very nice and gives great advice. They help my 12 year old child all the time. Keep up the good work. Appreciate all you do to keep things flow smoothly!!

I love the Laurel Library I am there usually twice a week because I'm a voracious reader. The majority of the staff is very helpful and friendly with the exception of one person at the desk who is absolutely miserable and should probably look for a new job, there are times that I go in and see her working and just turn around and go back out the door. I am already planning to send an email to her boss and her boss's boss because she just makes going in there so unpleasant. I gave them five stars because everything else there is just great, if she was the only one working there I would give it minus five stars

Helpful librarians, clean, lots of ambient light, great children's section. Nice wildflower garden with connected park to read while kids play. 😀

Love this library so much. Definitely not like any other library I've ever visited. There's so many different activities for kids to do there.

Excellent selection. Very modern and contemporary feel, I love the natural light.

Children's book section is especially inviting.

Librarians are a mixed bag, most are nice and helpful but some can be a bit gruff.

Very clean and designed for the 21st century user. Very well lit and ample parking - lot and off street. Self serve kiosks and plenty of computers and study rooms. Kids space is very creative allows for imaginations to soar.

Plenty of programs to take advantage of and mostly friendly staff.

You will not be disappointed by having this as your primary library.

Gorgeous building!!! The staff is super helpful and kind. They go out of their way to help you find what you need. The children's area is so cool, they have a dinosaur skeleton and a ready to read area. A great place to go when you need an indoor play space.

Love our staff and the new library! My kids (2.5, 8 and 9) generally don't want to leave. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful to adults and kids alike. The space seems roomy and meets all the usual needs: computers, study spaces, meeting rooms, kids' space, outdoor playground.

The Laurel library is one of my favorite places. I hope post-COVID they are able to keep the unattended children in limited numbers. It's not a day care center!

Lovely place clean and convenient. I wish for more audio books. The employee are not friendly and they look tired and annoyed. There is a tall black gentleman with long hair he is the only friendly and helpful person there. The rest of them are very rude if I can nit find the book I am looking for I drive 25 min to a deferent library ......should not be this way. Thank you !!!
