Came a few days before Thanksgiving to buy a new TV and sound bar for my living room. The girl that helped me was very nice and even tried to carry my tv to the door by herself until I helped her! Waited for me to go out in the rain and grab my car to pull it to the front and loaded it in my car with another employee! Great experience from this location!

Everyone is very helpful at this Best Buy location. Customer service was really helpful the other night, when there was an issue with processing an order I placed. John was also very helpful in finding my order in the warehouse, despite being very busy right before Christmas. Thank you!

I bought a GeForce RTX 40 Series on 19 Nov 2023 in this installation and I just would like to thank Riley W. for his wonderful service. Throughout the process of helping me getting the product AND applying for the Best Buy Credit Card, he was very thorough in which I appreciated. He was very respectful and he seems like a hardworking individual. I’m not the type to go out of my way to leave a review but his polite attitude honestly made my and my spouse’s day. Just bought.t new Dyson V8 vacuum from Best buy for $449 it was wonderful they had one left and it was like finding a needle in a haystack but the manager had no problem climbing up the ladder and finding the Dyson for us.
I love Best buy because everything comes with a warranty and they always back the products. I go here for my computer's my electronics and for all my cleaning utensils.

This specific Best Buy in Hagerstown is amazing. Everyone is always nice and willing to help me find anything I need.

Went to Best Buy in Hagerstown and talked to a young man named Anthony. He was very helpful with the TV that best suited my needs but unfortunately they didn't have that one in stock so he checked and the Frederick store had one left so he rang me up on the spot after calling Frederick to make sure it was there. He also had it setup that they would have it ready for me by the time I got there and it was sitting there waiting for me. 2 young guys at the Frederick store carried it out and loaded it in my truck...great customer service...If you need a TV go see Anthony at the Hagerstown location...I don't think you will be disappointed

I went in with my children ages 9 and 8 years old, and my 1 month baby looking for a new laptop and some headphones for my job as a radio DJ. I wasn't sure exactly what I needed and younger gentleman named Mark who was in the computer department helped me find everything I was looking for. He was very patient with my children, who ask ALOT of questions and helped me get into a computer that satisfied all of my needs even some I didn't know I had. I am very happy with my purchase and feel as though I understand the purchase that I made.

Bought a couple of laptops, Tyler was knowledgeable of the various laptops and recommended what to get for my granddaughters who are elementary aged. Since I was busy I didn't take the devices to the geek squad for setup but will once I'm in Vegas to ensure my daughter is able to secure the machines to her liking.

From the minute we walking into the store we were taken care of! Start to finish our transaction lasted less than 20 minutes- everything we need was in stock and brought to us. I was prepared to wait in a long line; however, thanks to the efficiency of the Best Buy team members we barely waited at all!

Caleb was OUTSTANDING Performance! Looking to purchase a 77 inch LG TV, NO ONE approached me in a blue shirt! They all walked past me like I didn't even matter. But NOT Caleb! He walked up and we talked-about TV selections. He was very knowledgeable and the ONLY reason I would buy from this Bestbuy is because of Caleb!!! I've spent tens of thousands of dollars with Bestbuy in their Germantown location, that when in the store the manager sends me 1 salesman/woman to assist me in all my purchases. I drop my Amex BLACK CARD and the management makes sure everything goes smoothly.

I needed help determining which capture card would work best with my laptop for streaming my PS4 game play. I stopped by around 5:30 pm. It was so busy because of the holidays and Justin was still able to answer all my questions and even helped me pic a webcam and adapter for my streaming set up along with a capture card. If anybody needs any help I would highly recommend stopping by and asking to speak to Justin. He's the best guy at best buy.
