Every time I visit this location I’m warmly welcomed by all staff. Everyone is so kind and helpful, not to mention knowledgeable! I’ll stop in with a project in mind and they’ll make sure I have the right amount of fabric to make it. They’ll also make sure I’m using my coupons to get the best deal! Lynn is always so kind and recommends the best items for my projects. Thank you everyone for your dedication to crafting.

Got everything I needed at a GREAT price. Had a picture in my head and JoAnn's made it come alive. It's Beautiful. Moon side originally had glass but was received broken from shipping. ❤

JoAnn's is one of the last standing craft stores in the Hagerstown. They offer a huge selection of fabric, as well as sewing notions, crafts, baking, and household decorations. They often have excellent sales and you can usually find coupons to use. We have been pretty pleased with the nice finds/deals we have gotten there over the years.

This is a very nice store, full of all of your craft needs. An employee asked if I needed help, which I very much appreciated. Everything on the shelves seemed to be stocked and were neat. The store was very clean, as well. Don't forget to check out the sales of fun seasonal things on the far side of the register in the front.

Went for parts for my sewing machine. It would seem they went down hill on keeping parts in the store . look online don't wast your time if you need to fix a sewing machine. Other then that the have nice arts and crafts items. Little high on prices

I came here because this is the only Joanne's in my area that does framing. Plus they had essentially a 70% off coupon and I needed a 5' x 4' painting stretched. It still cost a pretty penny but I suppose Im glad coupons exsist. The clerk who helped me was named Ashley, she was very friendly, clear and communicative. She actually said her specialty was stretching paintings so I felt like I was in good hands and would recommend asking for her if this is a need you have.

Otherwise they have all the crafting essentials you could want in a very large store!

Update 4/8/21: Got my painting back today, it looks great and Ashley did everything we discussed, flawless job!

This is my happy place. The staff is so kind, and the store is always clean and cheery. Definitely just a positive atmosphere when you walk in.

I appreciate Joann Fabrics just for being there. They have everything for sewing, crafts and seasonal decorations. They have everything! I enjoy going there with my granddaughters. We may not do all the crafts they have supplies for...but it's fun to talk to my granddaughters about the variety of supplies. Customer service is top notch.

Great inventory. I am a fairly new add sewing, and one of the ladies in there was very very helpful. And the lady at the register was more than willing to show me how the app works. I very much appreciated it.

The staff here is so friendly and helpful. They have a good selection of fabric and patterns considering how small the store is. I like that I don't have to drive all the way to Frederick to find what I need.

Looking for a product quickly for an order I needed to complete the gentleman behind the Fabric cutting station counter gave me the answer of "Its probably discontinued go check clearance section in the back" I found a wonderful older lady back there and she seen me struggling. She helped me go through every spot she thought the product could be. Took me back to the usual place it was and we found nothing. Just when I thought all was lost. She came back up to me and loaded me to where she had found the material! I wish bbn I had caught her name because she saved me alot of running and helped me complete an order for my customer. The gentleman behind the counter with glasses if I can remember correctly, however brushed me off and sent me on my way without a 2nd thought. This lady never stopped until I had what I needed and when she found it, it was on one the big rolls of your fabric for $19.99 a yard it was the black faux Suede. I had only ever seen it before on the smaller rolls and that's why I had asked for help the first time from the gentleman. I give the 5 stars to her !

JoAnn is a little high, but they do provide coupons to use, as long as not on sale. Store provides a variety of crafts and other projects to be enjoyed by everyone.

Joann Fabrics is my favorite one-stop shop for all things crafty as well as rustic home decor. There are project classes offered (some for free!) for many things from kid's crafts to cake decorating. To add a cherry to the top of an already scrumptious sundae, there are great coupons on their mobile app to save you money (I saved my granddaughter $30 today!!).

Super clean and organized. Went in there at 5:50 when they close at 6:00 and the very nice lady waited until I found what I needed.

Great place too shop. Only problem is that you have to have lots of money lol.

Moved to Myrtle Beach now and really miss this store. So if your listening real estate team, please consider coming to the beach. Like Sinead O'Conner says, Nothing compares to you!

Most days are great at joanns but last unknowing that they close at 8 I went to catch the sale.. I spend hundreds of dallors there all the time.. I thought they were quite rude because I had alot of material to cut.. Well I was still checked out by 7:50..i said I was sorry numerous times..

Always love shopping here! They always have really great coupons you can use for something - even if it's just a small item!
