Where do I start! This was one of the most amazing and memorable birthdays ever! My friends and I got the Queens Royalty VIP package and we got front row viewing of all the action! We loved the jousting, the sword fighting, the incredible horses, and of course yelling and screaming as we cheered on our knight as he vanquished his enemy! Our voices were horse at the end from all the yelling. Our hearts were pumping and we got so into it.

Not only was the entertainment top notch, but the food was freaking delicious! I did not expect that at all! The half chicken was super tender and the seasoning was perfect. The potatoes and corn were great too. We also had tomato soup we drank straight from the bowl and everything else we got was good and messy eating with our hands.

Also for my birthday I got knighted as Dragon Slayer by the Queen herself! This is definitely one of the best birthday celebrations I ever had and I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to have a silly and fun time. The ticket prices were not bad at all considering you get a great show and a delicious filling meal.

Enjoyed a show with my sister this evening and we had a great time! My last visit was in grade school so attending as an adult was cool. The staff were awesome, from check-in and throughout the entire show. We were assigned the black/white section, row 7, and had Wench Sondra as our server. She was amazing, very engaging and entertaining! Food came out quickly and was actually very well seasoned, more than I expected. The whole experience was fun and the gift shop had many items for purchase on the way out.

This place is amazing. Truly a one of a kind experience. The medieval theme is prevalent throughout the entire visit. Staff are in character, decor is amazing, food was delicious, the show is exciting and truly inspires you to yell and cheer for your assigned knight in the fight. The whole thing is something that everyone should experience at least once. Went here with my younger brother and his friend, and they loved it as well. The show, while it was fighting, was framed in a way that was both appropriate for kids, and still thrilling for adults. I will be back here with my family at some point!

This was my first visit despite being a Maryland resident for over 30 years. I highly recommend Medieval Times for your bucket list. The food was actually very filling and delicious, nothing was overcooked nor salty. Our waiter Cody was courteous, funny, and sassy but not overly. Even as an adult the show was entertaining! My 1 year old nephew was frightened in the beginning but as the horses and people came out, he started to have fun and clap along. My older nephew had a blast and it really was a unique experience for him. Lastly, I'd like to mention the enthusiasm from every crew member, everyone was super into their parts and showed a lot of energy.

We have been here twice and each time has been excellent. The food is really good, the service is great, and the show is amazing. We have some guests coming from out of the country and we will definitely bring them here. Keep up the good work!

Outstanding experience. The place is well maintained. It was easy to buy tickets. Everyone there is friendly. The food is good. Definitely a different experience. Every seat in the house is good, but I recommend the Queen's package for birthdays. The front row is definitely a more immersive experience. I recommend going here, especially if you've never been here before. It's great for all ages.

It was fun to cheer on our warriors, who won btw and the atmosphere was great as well as the drinks… the food could definitely be better we were hoping for a big turkey leg but it was a half chicken without much flavor. Everything else was great the soup, the eclair and chocolate cake was fine.

The entrance is inside the mall. Make sure to go to the check-in counter to get your table number card before getting into the actual line for the venue. Everyone gets a fun paper crown at the entrance representing your knight's team color. In order to get seated, the VIPs (if you purchased VIP tickets) get called first to enter the arena, then the general admission ticket holders will get called based on their team color. Family friendly atmosphere because kids enjoyed cheering loudly and loved eating with their hands. Everyone gets a huge half chicken as their entree. Beverage choices included with your meal are Pepsi, lemonade or water. Servers will also go around asking if you want anything from the bar during the show. We purchased some flags at our seats ($2 for a small flag, $5 for a larger flag), which were fun to wave while cheering. Kids loved the show, especially the horses, flying falcon, and jousting/fighting scenes.

So much fun. It's exactly like you would imagine it would be if you were a part of the queens court. The horses are beautiful and the knight gave my daughter the honorable queens sash that 100% made her birthday!!! The food is delicious, you have to eat it all with your fingers which is fun! Everyone stays in perfect character the whole time too. Just soooo much fun.

There is so much to love about this experience as a whole! So I will do my best to give a full detailed review of the whole process as well as my personal experience being my first time going.

I will start off by saying that this was actually a Valentine's Day gift for my wonderful girlfriend as she loves fun experiences and I thought this would be a memorable one. So this was the final big surprise to end off our Valentine's Adventures.

1. The online ordering process was very easy and it clearly listed the options that were available at both the base prices with the optional upgrades that are available. I got VIP seating with an upgraded knighting package for the photos for my girlfriend. Once I arrived at the ticketing counter and showed them the email everything else was a breeze. We were handed all that we needed from our tickets for the bar that came with a souvenir cup and a drink of choice. We also had the photography ticket for the knighting package.

2. Once we stepped foot inside of the entrance everyone was in character saying either my Lord or my lady with fun jokes thrown in throughout the conversations. We arrived at the knighting ceremony and we were greeted by Sir Cedric and the royal guard as well as the Queen. This is an optional upgrade and it comes with the queen actually knighting you ceremoniously with an actual metal sword in a picture friendly way and you get a commemorative photo and a title of your choosing printed on a piece of paper that resembles scroll paper in template. So Cedric was very fun and interactive with all the guests including us and a joy to be the first person that you are greeted by once you get to that station. We also had couples photography and the photographer was very nice and took a great picture.

3. We had table one in the black and white section so our knight was the Black and White knight and they did a wonderful job with the theming of the costumes and the lighting. Everyone was in character and it was very immersive because you have the fog machines that activate and the lights that come up that are themed along with the section that you are in. While you are seated and enjoying the show you have different servers called wenches for each type of beverage so you have a soft drink and everything else but you also have a bar server that is separate that will fetch drinks from the actual bar. The first server does the soft drinks and food. She was a pleasure to have serving us and very friendly.

4. The food was surprisingly good and well seasoned from the chicken itself to the tomato soup and the corn was buttered nicely along with the potato wedge that was well seasoned with spice. The chicken was not dry and flavorful and the chocolate hot dog for dessert was light and Airy but definitely still cold. The drinks were also very good slushies. I got two different types of slushie one non-alcoholic and one alcoholic that had mango and rum called the dragon slayer which was great frozen!

5. The show itself was a very well put together show. You can tell that everyone brings their a game from all areas be at the queen all the way down to the helpers that were cleaning up throughout the show. The main spectacle of course was the knights and each of them had their own Flair and Swagger about them. I also loved the color themed outfits. Our night was the Black and White Night but they were all excellent and really impressive with how they are able to ride and maneuver the horses and have them be more like a companion also aiding in some of the stunts that were required of the actors while doing both the riding regularly and the jousting which was very impressive! There were even points when the swords would Clash and Sparks would show adding to the realism of the experience. You could also see pieces of the joust flying off as it broke in the air upon contact with either metal shield that was circular or curved to allow a direct impact. The only gripe I had was that the sound system could be more strategically placed so that actors can be heard more clearly.

First time attending, for a birthday party. It was pretty epic. Our knight was the red knight and he was a huge jerk. Two thumbs up for our knight being the villain. From start to finish the experience was immersive, and a total blast. The servers worked _hard_. Inwould have left a tip for our server "wench", but there is no mechanism to do so. The horses all seemed to be in good health and well taken care of.

So much fun. Took my twin boys to celebrate their 11th birthday. They have never been and I wanted to smoke it special so I upgraded to the VIP package for special seating which is row 1 or 2. General is row 3 and beyond. We also opted for the souvenir glass which you got to choose from 4 different styles. Boys chose pilsner because it seemed largest volume. You get a slishie with whip cream on top. I would pass on them next time because it filled them up before dinner. We did the knighting ceremony which was cool. They get knighted by the queen, picture taken, and their name and message announced to the whole audience. It covers the picture too. The food was delicious and you get 2 drinks (Pepsi, lemonade or water) and lots of wet naps. It's a lot of food, and you can get a ride home box. Wish I would have known that earlier instead of stuffing my face. Lol. All in all, it was a great experience and one that my boys will not forget.

This was fabulous! Was brought here for my birthday. I was last at a medieval times when I was in middle school so it's been a good while. Everyone was super great and the cast is amazing at their job and very entertaining. I was crowned the birthday queen even though I'm a guy lol but I had fun with it and the staff had a good laugh enjoying it. Definitely want this to be my new birthday tradition

Very positive experience from the moment we checked in. The food was good, our server was good, the tournament was good. The employees we interacted with while browsing the shop and ordering drinks were helpful and pleasant. We particularly liked the falconer.

We upgraded to the celebration package. I don't necessarily think it was worth it. Our photo didn't turn out great and the cake was just so-so. Our seats were good though.. so maybe it was worth it from that perspective.

Everything was expensive, but we expected that to be the case. We got drinks while waiting to be seated and it was $49 for two. We had one pina colada in a stein glass and one non-alcoholic drink in a stemless wine glass.

My one complaint had to do with the location. It's in the Arundel Mills mall. Parking was horrible and the people in the parking lot trying to find park were incredibly rude. Wish this was in a different location.

Great food, wonderful show, cool gift shop! Drove 2 hours for it and it was more than worth it. I'm already asking my husband when we can go again!

It was so much fun! My kids loved it, the server was very funny, the food was great, and all the staff was amazing. Only issue I had was that it was sometimes difficult to understand the queen and other staff. The show was loud enough but it was kind of muffled

Great show, food and drinks. If you don't like eating with your hands, take utensils with you. There is really no bad seat in the venue so no real need to pay extra for better seats or faster access. Easy parking, a lot of souvenirs, lots of drinks, and great staff all around. It took over 20 years to make it to a show and it was worthwhile.

Very fun spot. Its in the mall so we shopped before coming in. There was some school event so it was busy on a Tuesday but it was fun to see the excitement in the kids faces. We got great seats and free VIP - make sure to look for discounts on their website before checking out online for their tickets.
They were very conscious of if we had any allergies and asked us at multiple points to make sure.
Very fun and the workers really enjoy their job. So they were all super pleasant

My first dinner experience was in 1991 at the location in Florida. I have to say, being able to take my kids to see this, so many years later, was everything I remembered and more! EVERY seat is great! Such a fantastic atmosphere with friendly competition throughout the dinner. The servers are genuinely friendly and provided the BEST service. Our guy Nolan, remembered everyone's name and addressed each of us, and others around us, every time he served. The souvenirs are wonderful and it's fun to see many people dressed for the occasion! Kids and kids at heart will love this...especially the beautiful princesses😉 Our knight didn't win this time, but we still cheered for the others. Absolutely will be returning again and again! 💕
