Great experience. Their install team was fantastic. Very friendly and very capable. They delivered and hooked up the electric all at once. When they left, the hot tub was up and running. Just needed to heat up. Would definitely recommend.

The install team was on time, patient, and accommodating - they took the time to do the job right the first time, patiently explained how to operate the tub, and gave us all the info we needed to get started. We purchased a hot tub from the Oakland MD store in the fall of 2023 and we have not regretted it one time! We have enjoyed it every day since it was installed. Sarah is very helpful and the installation team was very professional and thoroughly explained everything we needed to know!

We had a wonderful experience shopping and purchasing a new hot tub! The staff is extremely knowledgeable and kind answering all the questions we had. Sarah in particular, went above and beyond helping us with our purchase. When it came to scheduling the installation, the process continued to go smooth in every way. They came out and removed an old hot tub that was here, and then explained what we needed to do to make sure delivery day went smooth. The installers were so nice and professional and extremely thorough. Lastly, the gentleman who explains and goes over all the instructions with you was fantastic and a wealth of knowledge and giving inside tips that have been working great for us. I would not hesitate using their services again and I highly recommend them whether you are a first time hot tub owner or well seasoned.

Very friendly place to deal with. Our salesman showed us various model and helped pick out one with the features we wanted. Installation was very professional and they stayed after it even though it was snowing and cold. Definitely a business I would highly recommend.

As we are weekend residents at Deep Creek Lake, Sarah was very helpful in helping us decide via email on what hot tubs to look at when we were in town. The service in the store was great having this information at hand. Once we put our down payment in, they were also very accommodating in setting up an appointment for the site survey when we could be in town to make sure the tub fit before making the final purchase. So far we are enjoying our new hot tub immensely. Thank you

Everyone we worked with was amazing, from our first visit to their store to the delivery of our beautiful hot tub, the staff were helpful explaining the tub! I had a great experience at “The Hot Tub Store”. When we decided to purchase we shopped around and they were the most professional and knowledgeable. We went with a Hot Spring Spa and we love it. For delivery they came out the day before to survey the spot and to ensure they had everything they needed. They were on time for the install and left everything better than it was when they arrived.

The Hot Tub Store just delivered and installed our new Hot Springs hot tub. We could not be any happier with the experience from start to finish. Sarah was super accommodating when setting up a personal appointment to shop for the tub. She was very knowledgeable and shared all of the ins and outs of the available tubs. John, the owner, then did a site visit and provided some great recommendations in preparing the site for delivery. It was obvious he took pride in his business and had high expectations of his employees. The team he brought with him (Mark, Shane, and Mitch) to deliver and install the tub were friendly and professional throughout the process. Mark was very knowledgeable and took care in the installation of the electrical service, and was happy to answer my questions about the "guts" of the tub. Shane went above and beyond when he patiently walked us through the operation of the controls and how to regulate the tub chemicals (it is a salt water system).
I would highly recommend purchasing your first or next tub from the folks at The Hot Tub Store.

Excellent service. We purchased a used hot tub (that was originally purchased from this store). The Hot Tub Store delivered our new to us hot tub and took the time to explain to us how to operate.

5 Stars for The Hot Tub Store. I was impressed with their communication through mail, email and phone so that we knew what to prepare, know and expect with our new hot tub. Store employees and install crew were thorough and instilled confidence in our purchase. Once installed, their training technician patiently went through all instructions on how to maintain the hot tub (especially taking into consideration that it would be used by renters) and repeatedly encouraged me to call the store anytime with any questions and warranty issues. I haven't needed to so far but am confident that when I do I'll be met with ample support and answers.

Wow! Just wow! This place is amazing and the people are outstanding! After being super frustrated with two other hot tub dealers, I happened upon The Hot Tub Store from a Google search. They had the hot tub installed in a few weeks! And it was not an easy job, as our site was very challenging to get to. But the team was excited about the challenge and the installation was perfect. I highly recommend The Hot Tub Store!
