I had a 150cc Jonway Scooter that only had one key that came with it when I bought it the key was already on its last leg and eventually broke in half inside my ignition cylinder pull the remaining half of the key found this wonderful lady after asking around at other places that were more convenient telling me no we don't do motorcycle keys but this lady did went to her paid 20 dollars for 2 new keys forged from the broken key for my bike this lady is the truth and now my one and only locksmith

I got myself into a sticky situation and even though I called after hours, Laurel's Lock Shop helped me out. They were kind, professional, and even complimented my roughly 70 year old lock. I'm sure I'm going to need more help in the future and will only use Laurel's Lock Shop.

This lock shop is excellent. If you're looking for somebody who actually cares, go with them.

I have a Nissan that needed to have the key reprogrammed because of a replace part, and they went out of their way to do the research, and make sure that they could actually do it before they drove out here to reprogram the key.

Though they were not able to service my vehicle, The fact that they did not come out here to charge me a service fee, speaks volumes about the company.

I would highly recommend this company to anybody.

PHENOMENAL service. Diana was at my house almost immediately to help me get a key replaced for my car. Price was extremely fair, even paid her $40 extra for the amazing service. Quick, Professional, Communicative, Fair Priced, I cannot speak highly enough of them and my experience. Should any lock issue come up in the future I am going to them or recommending them 100%!

I had some deadbolts master-keyed for my house. Locks are working great, and the prices were unbeatable. I really appreciated that there is a storefront I can go to get the work done, instead of paying for someone to come out to my house. It is just one woman (I’m assuming Laurel) running the show, so things can get a bit busy sometimes, but she does a great job of managing her schedule and getting things done quickly.

Bill and Diana are literally "life savers" They were able to make me a new key with a spare after I lost my only key to my motorcycle. They were incredibly friendly and down to earth.

I am very pleased with my experience with Diana at Laurel's Lock Shop. I called Diana to help me install a new electronic deadbolt and rekey 2 other locks to match on a recent home purchase. This project included drilling a larger hole in my front door to accommodate my lock. I set an appointment with Diana, she called me on her way and arrived on time. She got everything done perfectly and left me with three working locks with spare keys. I think the price was very fair- and more importantly she did it better and much faster than I could have ever hoped to do it myself. That's a big timesaver for us while getting the house prepped to move in. I would definitely recommend Laurel's Lock Shop- they were great!

I wanted to make a copy of an old hitch lock key. Neither Home Depot or Lowe's was able to make a copy. Apparently the key is kind of unique or rare, and the key mechines didn't accept it. I went to the Laurel Lock Shop, and the locksmith lady was able to make a copy for me by modifying a slightly different type key. I was so glad that a skillful locksmith is in the neighborhood.

I went to a local dealership for a spare key; they said they don't make the key anymore. However, they provided me the key code for my Chrysler 96 for free, then I called Laurel's Lock Shop for an appointment to cut my key, and they were glad to do the job that took them about 10 minutes. I received a discount because I had the key code; even more, I received a second key at no extra charge. My new keys are working perfectly, no problem at all. I highly recommend them for any locksmith service!

The owners have been very friendly and helpful. During this visit they advised me to get a replacement key fob at the Chevy dealership. The owners have come to my home to do emergency work. The prices are very good always

Diana, the owner made a house call to re-key. Fixed an other issue easily when I mentioned and explained details. Professional, good value and Diana really knows her stuff!!! Would definitely call again should I need locksmith service.

My front door deadbolt got stuck in the locked position. I followed tips online and even called Kwikset directly with no luck. The bolt would not retract. I called Laurel’s Lock and made an appointment with Diana for later in the day. She arrived on time and tried for several minutes to get it to unjam. I thought she’d have to cut through the bolt, but her persistence paid off. She got it off and reinstalled a new latch.

I highly recommend Laurel’s Lock. Diana is a true professional, and the cost is very fair for the work she did. I would not hesitate calling her for any future locksmith needs. Thank you, Diana!

From my first visit so many years ago to this day, they have forever been truly reliable and competent. It has always been with ease that I recommend their services to my family, friends, colleagues and clients.

Tucked away in Laurel, the shop is a no-frills, "get the job done" sort of place. I had a lock that needed a re-key, and she was able to get it done while I waited, for a very reasonable price. She also gave me some great tips for installing my funky new lock.

If you ever have a lock/key/remote issue and you live anywhere withing 50 miles of this shop, you will kick yourself if you don't go here first. Recently purchased a vehicle and needed a second smart remote programmed and key cut, Laurel Lock Shop did not dissapoint. Goind to the dealer would have cost me $275, but they did it for a fraction of that (i had to pay the additional pin code cost required). Bottom line, I will never go anywhere else!!!!! Thank You for a job well done.

Went to this locksmith this morning. Needed an unusual key for an ebike battery. The manufacturer sent me some blanks that were not the same. She looked at them and said they would not work. She looked at my good key and took the battery inside and was able to make me keys.(my kind of shop) Thanks Kevin Phillips

Make this shop your first choice! My animals locked me out of my car this morning while it was running! I didn't catch the lady's name but she came to the rescue within 20 mins and even made me a spare door key! Great people and service. 💞💞

Top notch work, very friendly and accommodating. My key had snapped off inside the lock of my car rooftop cargo box (Yakima Carbonite series). She was able to remove the fragment still inside the lock and make a replacement key for WAY cheaper than using Yakima directly.

I didn't actually go there or use the service. I called and it was a problem they might not be able to help me with but the nice lady still offered to come out and try AND explained what I could do to fix it on my own or who would be able to help me. She stayed on the phone with me for 10 minutes just to help without any expectation of payment. The least I can do is leave a good review. Thank you
