Tracey Eldridge was so professional and knowledgable about every aspect of the company, the size that made the most sense for me to rent and explained the process extremely well. This was my first time renting a storage unit and had no idea what to expect. But Tracey made the entire transaction easy and clear for me. The units were great, facility and office very nice and clean and organized. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking to rent a unit.

Friendly & helpful staff. It didn’t take long to sign up for the right size unit, get the keys and I was ready to go. The facility looked well kept and has security monitors throughout. A bonus was an unexpected discount on the monthly fee. Very much appreciated.

Everyone I have worked with has been very kind and helpful. The place is very clean and organized. Very Clean! I never worried about mice or bugs; there wasn’t trash all over the place, no weeds in the pavement, and the climate control area was always on and appropriate… I was never sweating in the summer when I had to go into my unit and never cold during the winter.

Tracy was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about my options. The units are clean and safe as well as air conditioned if you do the temperature controlled units. I highly recommend.

Check-in process was simple and straight-forward. When I arrived on move-in day my gate code was not working correctly, but Joyce took car of that quickly after allowing us to enter. My only issue is that there is not lighting inside the storage unit, but no major deal. So far very pleased.

This is a very nice, clean, and large storage facility. Access to the units is very easy and there are many sizes to choose from. Prices are competitive. For me what really makes this business stand out is the staff. Doug and Dana are great! They are professional, efficient, flexible and accommodating. My time there could not have been easier.
