Latondra Bonds runs a false Business and this business doesn’t even exist in the BBB. Researched and attempted to find this business, but nothing comes up. We gave her $70 for an application for a home she probably doesn’t own, and now she doesn’t answer the phone. She will be reported to authorities and immediately and also please be warned about a business email that has gmail on the end of it. Hope the 70 was worth it

Do yourself a favor and find another realtor. Latondra Bonds will pretend she is so helpful when you first deal with her. She's a liar and sneaky! Doesn't keep her word. I sent her a zelle and she said she would Send me a receipt and never did. She doesn't answer her phone or return calls until weeks later. Disgusting!
