The Italian pretzel sandwich is incredible! Good amount of meat The French fries are bomb and have old bay option. They also offer Expresso and milkshakes which is not common at your average pizzeria. I loved the pub atmosphere as well.

We came here at 645 on a Tuesday night. They were clearly very busy with online orders. The staff were very gracious to tell us that they had a longer than usual wait for orders. We had our 2.5 year old daughter with us, who had been asking for a pretzel for the past 2 hours. My partner and I decided against ordering for ourselves, asked for just a pretzel for our daughter, and settled in for the wait. These absolute saints made a pretzel for her in 5 minutes. That may not seem like much, but it meant A LOT to us. That kind of thoughtfulness is in short supply in many places, but not here. Great staff, and the food is excellent too. Highly, highly recommend.

Our first time there was a good experience. The dine-in seating area was cramped & and it was not easy to navigate from the entrance to the back of the restaurant. Many customers waiting for tables just stood nearby waiting to pounce on the table as soon as diners stood up to leave (which is a good sign of great food, IMO). The staff were friendly. We waited quite a while for our food to come out, only to learn they'd packed up our order (for 4) and had it waiting for us at the front counter to take it to-go. The food was fantastic & totally worth the wait. All four of us agreed we would be back. Definitely recommend!

My daughter asks to go here every year for her birthday and she is only in elementary school! The food is great and the atmosphere is fun, they give the birthday girl a dessert pretzel for her birthday which makes it even better.
We have also enjoyed dinner there on trivia night which was a blast!

We stopped by on a whim and enjoyed every bite! The pizza was fantastic and the cinnamon sugar donuts were yum! Wish we would have stayed for kids make your own pizza night…sounded fun! Yummy place to grab a bite and the service was great.

Amazing food, amazing service. The manager Andrew was very welcoming and helpful. I think this is our new favorite place.

We came in to eat dinner with our kids and some friends of ours (who also have kids). We arrived at 7:30, even though the business was only open until 8. The staff was extremely accommodating to the fact that we had some hungry kids with us. The food was made quickly, tasted great and a great time was had by all. I cannot recommend this business enough. Kids love the food, and adults love the atmosphere (and food)!

Delicious! Drive by this place all the time on my way home (only about a half mile from me) but finally got around to giving it a try. Got our pretzel craving filled last night for sure. leftovers for lunch today. my sister was visiting from out of town so got to walk around the block a bit while waiting on our order (only about 15-20 min).
Food: crab dip with pretzel bread, reuben dog (it's huge! Photos Don't show it size), bacon and chocolate stuffed pretzel, turkey cheddar avocado sandwich on pretzel bread.

Quite possibly THE BEST pizza and calzone I’ve ever had and I’ve had a lot. Perfect atmosphere, customer service and overall environment. We were just passing through looking for a place with vegan options as well as regular food. They rocked it all!!!!!

Friendly folks! Great food. They had vegan cheese and many options for vegans/vegetarians. Portions were good (see picture). If you are in the area, a great place for lunch, dinner, or even a snack!

Must Eat. Came in right after five pm on a Tuesday A Great look and Great food made to order. Perfect spot after a long days work if your in the mode for a relaxing dinner, a quick bite, and/or a stiff drink. This will be one of my go to spots moving forward.

Great relaxed family place. Everything is cooked fresh! My sandwich was so tall it almost didn't fit into my mouth. Yummy

Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Food was amazing! But the adult milkshakes were absolutely phenomenal!! We had the crab dip, the bubbly pizza and the Buffalo chicken pizza. I would recommend 100%

Amazing food for a great price! Friendly workers, manager, and owner! Overall wonderful establishment and work hard to keep up even when it’s super busy! Love it every time and will always come back ❤❤

Yooooo... No lie the pizza was righteous! It's been a long while since I've sat in a pizza place so the nostalgia points are through the roof and the parm shaker... Perfect! The margarita flights were delicious as well... I will be back and will be bringing more folks. Y'all keep it up!

I love the food here. I have been to the Frederick location also, but this is much better. Food can sometimes take a little bit to make but it's all freshly prepared. The front counter staff taking your order is typically so so, but the people making the food are great.

The menu is large but so great. I've had the hot dogs, calzones, sandwiches and pizza. Everything is amazing. You can't go wrong!

They also have a full bar if you're into that. Street parking can be tough during the day, but there's a public garage and parking lot nearly if need be.

I LOVE this place! They make my FAVORITE pizza of all time. Such a unique and delicious recipe. The Hagerstown and Fredrick stores are consistent in their orders, but definitely prefer this one for the more open seating. The stuffed pretzels are also pretty tasty too.

Very open and bright. Easy to locate. Good seating options, the tables weren't too close. Service was very prompt for a busy Saturday night. Portions were healthy. (One order of fries, pepperoni cheese calzone and philly cheesesteak calzone.)
