Wow! Totally amazed with the service and the Food!! We have searched for a good crab cake in hagerstown and by golly we found it! Everything from the chicken wing appetizers to the scrumptious desserts were mouth watering and amazing. Trent was our waiter and he was attentive friendly and observant. This place is Absolutely a Hidden Gem!

This place was SUPER chill, but attentive, the staff are extremely friendly, and care about your wants and needs, greeted at the door and on your way out. Fantastic.. service is prompt and the food 👌 I must say, some of the best food I have had in a while, my wife found this spot online and we gave it a try, and this will be a new normal spot..
Suggestion - Dry Jerk Wings 🤤, The Seared Tuna, and Buffalo Chicken Wraps!

Excellent food! I had the pretzel crab dip as an appetizer and it was very good, coated in old bay. The ahi tacos were amazing! A bit hard to eat but the flavors were great. Nice atmosphere inside and the service was good

I had been looking forward to a meal here after seeing the photos online.

The food did not disappoint.

I started with the Watermelon refresher. It was a very summery tropical drink.

For an app, we had the tuna. It was nicely sauced and a good portion for an app

I had the drunken mushroom, shrimp and mussels. The proteins were cooked perfectly, and the sauce was great. Ok, every sauce we had I loved. He had the Tipsy Short Ribs. Just yum.

Great, unique spot with a diverse menu that's not overwhelming. Food was delicious and the drinks were spot on as well. Service was very good, and went out of their way to make our experience great.

Traveling through and found this incredible gem. The service was attentive and personable. The food was served to perfection. One of the best turkey reuben I ever had. The sweet potato fries were insanely good. The perfect ratio of meat to sauerkraut and cheese. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Every time…I mean EVERY time I go to Rik’s, I get outstanding customer service and the food is delicious! My daughter and I shared and enjoyed the fresh Caesar salad with shaved parm,(crunchy, fresh romaine…I never have to pick out old, brown leafs), bbq wings(yes they come out with a little crisp before they are sauced)-yum, cheesy-to-the -max mac n cheese, and their signature hand-cut fries! I haven’t had a bad thing yet! Prices are reasonable and there is a full bar. Clean restaurant, family-owned, awesome staff, delicious eats! Just go!🤩

Great cocktail selection - I had the Dirty Local martini. Delicious.

We split the Salmon Carpaccio. Wonderful balance of flavors, and yes that includes the arugula and spiced pita chips.

Then I ordered the Epic Crab Grilled cheese, truly an epic sandwich. Wife had the Blackened Mahi Tacos, also delicious.

Desserts were tempting and we gave in to said temptation with the peanut butter cake.

Easily 5-stars for food, service and atmosphere. Rik’s is a total win for Hagerstown. Not only did I enjoy my meal of the seared ahi tacos, but all the meals at our table looked fantastic! Plates were all empty by our party of 6. Our server was great, and genuinely handled all of our needs. Will definitely come back.

2nd visit here was a great as the 1st. We've had the blackened crab grilled cheese, bison burger, loaded tots, and chocolate martinis - all of it delicious. For sides, we had both the sweet potato fries and the homemade chips, my favorite. We sat bar both times with excellent friendly staff, especially Brook. Our second time, we had the opportunity to talk with Arik, which was a blast. Highly recommend, will return!

We just happened to be in Hagerstown and googled good restaurants. We randomly choose Rik's. I am so glad we did! My husband got the Jerk Chicken sandwich and I got the Turkey Pesto. OMG!!!! So good and fresh!!! I was expecting lunch meat turkey. It was REAL turkey! And the sweet potato fries? Delicious!! A must stop if ever in the area!!

They were super busy when we arrived. We sat at the bar. We received friendly prompt service. We ordered our entrées and they were served faster than we anticipated. The kitchen was really busy, but they were hustling. Both of our meals were delicious. Great experience.

Italian cold cut is HUGE. Hand cut fries can’t be beat.
Beer and berry salad is superb. Never had anything like it. And the sweet cream ball is delightful, especially with the fruit. Sorry, I can’t remember what’s in it.

Love dining at Riks! Stopped by for lunch today and hubby and I each had Southwestern Reuben Sandwich, fries (best in the whole county, by the way!) with a side of hot crab dip! Spectacular!! Thanks for the good food and great service and staff!

We came here for an early dinner on a whim. Absolutely pleased with everything about our experience.

Our server, Andrea, was cheerful, nice and wonderful with our son. She was very attentive to our table and dropped by to check on us the perfect amount.

Our food came out quickly, and was absolutely delicious! The Bison Burger was my choice - and was cooked to perfection. After savouring every bite we were then shown the deserts - which we just had to partake in. Our son was particularly excited for the maraschino cherries - but the item he picked did not come with them. But Andrea said she would see what she could do - and the cake came out with several cherries.

An absolutely perfect dinner from beginning to end.
We will have to stop by again soon!

The old fashioned I had was good I wish it was Smokey and my meal was really good I got 2 crab cakes but they was small. And I got rice and sweet fry’s for my side .it was really good there is room for improvement but I would definitely recommend this restaurant to my friends

Hello all! Today we have TWO wonderful Specials! Firstly, on the upper, we have a Shrimp and Chorizo Stuffed Filet over Mash and Fried Brussels with a Cheese Sauce, Crispy Tortillas, and Mango Salsa! Secondly, on the lower right, we have a Petite Filet with a Crab and Orange Roughy Cake with a Lemon Cream over Jasmine Rice and Sautéed Brussels! Cheers!
