I have been pleased with the level of kindness and understanding given to my family while at the facility. I especially want to thank everyone at the ER from reception, nurses, Doctors and Security. We were treated very well. God Bless everyone in ICU. Thank you for your patience and service. The Cubbage Family.

I had to speak on the excellent customer service I received from Kevin, and also Mattie Scott. They treated me with such tender love and care as ifI was one of their family members. Excellent customer service is always a great thing to receive. Thanks again to both of you.

My husband has been seen in both the ED, the Surgery Center, the lab, and radiology. He has received wonderful care from Dr Barrineau, NP Collins, the CT technician, and the phlebotomists.

Melissa Evans, Rachel Powell and Callie Graham were soooooooo amazing and treated me so well before and after my procedure. Ali Eastep was a member of the anesthesiologist team and she was soooo kind and informative. Everyone explained everything to me very clearly and tried their best to keep me calm since I was so nervous about the procedure. I have ZERO complaints about any staff member, aside from Dr. Culbertson, I encountered and would definitely recommend this hospital to care for anyone in my life! My surgery with Dr. Culberston and the after affects have been disastrous . ZERO STARS for Dr. Culbertson . Five for the hospital staff

Love this hospital so much more than Sumter!! I delivered my last baby here and Rebecca and all the nurses were phenomenal. The ER when I’ve been a few times was clean and well kept. No complaints!!! Definitely better than prisma

Ok y'all. I was skeptical about going here as the reviews weren't great but better than the hospital in Orangeburg. I just moved here from out of state this past week and got really sick. I took my chances and went with the hospital with a 2 star rating.... But let me tell you something. The staff there were so incredibly amazing. They took such good care of me. And even my daughter who went with me just for company. From walking into the front door to everybody in the back, I was treated so well. I am so thankful. I hadn't been able to get my fever to break for 3 days. They got it to break. I just knew I had a UTI. But I have pneumonia. I see all the negative ratings. I just wanted to share my experience because I was definitely treated like an actual person. They actually cared. Genuinely wanted to help me. I feel better today than I have in almost a week. And that I am so very thankful for. Being kind isn't hard to do. And they were all very very kind.

I wanted to leave a review about the emergency room at this location. The emergency room staff and nurses were nothing but amazing. Very kind and caring and took me in on my time of need. A visit to the emergency room is not fun but the kindness of everyone made experience much more comfortable. The wait time was not long about 15 minutes or so before my vitals got taken and I went in on a Saturday night, from there they did every exam imaginable and trough excellent communication you were always aware of what was coming next and time frame to expect for each step.

Received 1st COVID-19 vaccine this morning. Arrived at my scheduled appointment, went through the well organized process and was finished in 15 minutes. Thank you to the Coordinator and the Nursing Staff for the well thought out, well organized vaccination appointment and administration process! Job well done!!

Traveled the almost 30 mins from Sumter due to our poorly functioning hospital here. My 3 yr old daughter had been very sick the past couple of days with cough, fever and vomiting. When we got there she was very lethargic and not responding to any type of stimulation (rectal thermometer or weight check) they took her back immediately and started drawing blood and started and IV. I was very impressed with their nurses and physicians attentiveness to the care of my daughter. I will most definitely be going to manning for emergency care!

My husband and I just received the 2nd Covid vaccination at Mccleod Health Clarendon today. This virus has been a nightmare for everyone.I believe the CDC has complicated the vaccine roll out with a cumbersome register and wait mentality. Prisma Health in Sumter gave a media interview saying to come there as a walk in. So, even though we are Manning residents, we thought, ok in the interest of time, let’s try that. So at 5 am we went to Sumter. There was a tent set up outside with staff sitting there. We thought great! No lines. But we were told Nope we can’t take you without an appointment. I asked about what they were telling people on tv.?They laughed and said that’s been a PR nightmare for us, you need an appointment. We are in our 70s and frankly I don’t care about their PR. My point to all of this is to say, I’ve learned my lesson. My hometown hospital is awesome. I cannot say enough about the efficiency, courtesy and professionalism we encountered. The first day we were there at 630 am and they ran out of doses. BUT! They gave us appointment cards for a quick follow up for both vaccinations. I was amazed at the flow.Someone really worked on this thing to provide for the community in a fair way! I heard some grumbling from the public when they ran out of doses on the first day, and for that I am sorry. As my good friend said, you can’t give what you don’t have. You all are wonderful. Thank you for all that you do.I don’t know how you cope with all of this and keep smiling! Thank you again, Linda and Dennis Dodgins

I went to the ER early this morning 10/29 with a dislocated knee. I was almost immediately admitted, treated professionally by every one I was visited by. Treated with care and concern, and treated expeditiously. I left with a healing leg. I was most happy with the treatment and didn't even complain when a beautiful nurse stuck a needle in my rear. Said it was to help with the pain in my knee, I didn't bother to point out that now my butt was now hurting too😀
In truth though, it is late evening now and I am already feeling much better; the swelling is already receding. Thanks to all of you at the Clarendon ER for your treatment today. John W Moore.

Recently had family treated here. Good staff, clean facilities and the surgeon was spot on. Ages ago, many of the complaints would be true...i grew up in this area, but they have improved dramatically in past few years with quality new hires. As for ER and triage, you must be aggressive. Too many use the ER when they should go to Urgent Care which is a block away. If its urgent then use urgent care, if its life threatening then use an ER, people.

I wanted to take the time to say “Thank you” to nurse Jessica and staff for taking such great care of my mother. This past Thursday she was transported to your hospital with severe Covid symptoms. She has cancer in her lungs and has all the co-morbidities. That morning I just knew that Covid was going to take her away from here. Because of your fast action and great care, she is feeling so much better and is on her way to making a full recovery. ❤‍🩹 She told me how sweet everyone treated her. That means so much to me. It is very hard and a feeling of helplessness when you cannot be by your mother’s side to care for her. I am forever grateful. 💖

One of my greatest fears on my pregnancy journey as a first time mama is my Labor Day 🥴 but you turned that fear into a wonderful memory.

Kudos to the Labor and Delivery folks, you are all wonderful people (I really mean it) . My OB ( Dr Monica), midwife (Ms. Allison) all AMAZING NURSES (wish i could remember your names - nurses duty on may 4th midnight to may 6th morning)🤔

Thank you very much for a job well done. The service and care i got was terrific!. If I’ll have dozen babies... i will always choose to have them all in this place without any second thought💕🤗

Oh by the way, im ASIAN and i DON’T feel any discrimination at all 👏🏻🥰 i cant thank you enough

#gratefulPatient💕

Was admitted to the ER on 9/12 after a fall .had a dislocated shoulder.. my experience was great from the ambulance folks to Dr .Miller. I praise everyone of them. The pain was horrible .EMT we're so gentle and kind .Leroy and Mary I think her name was. Tried making as comfortable as possible. When I arrived at ER. I was greeted by a great nurse Samantha and the CNA Candy. These were amazing ladies .A young man named Sam. Dr Miller was so kind and gentle. Even the transport gentleman who took me to Xray was very aware of my pain and was great. The 2 ladies in x Ray were amazing at trying not to hurt me more getting what they needed. Dr Miller was so kind to explain what had to be done. Thank you Dr Miller and Candy and Samantha .and x Ray and ambulance folks. Y'all are the best. After being sedated my shoulder was put back in place . Great experience at that ER ever.

The staff are great. The front office the nurses and mrs Janice are wonderful people. They really care about the patients. But the dr was very dismissive about my pain and said he didn’t know magic. So I give the staff 5 stars but the dr one just because he just looked at me like he didn’t care was dismissive and like he said he didn’t know magic. I think his name was dr Steven Nathanson.

Just want to put it out there... I am from PA and was down in Summerton visiting my in-laws. I had to go to the ER for unmanageable pain for cervical radiculopathy. I too had Dr. Steven Nathanson, and yes, while he was short with me.. he was very quick and honest in what his limitations are as being an ER Dr. I would like to include that the only reason I went to the ER is I don't have access to a PCP here in South Carolina. I also have Medicare so I knew a hospital visit would be covered vs an urgent care.jow what I can tell you is Dr Nathanson really seemed to know his stuff without me even having to show him my test results from PA. He treated the issue, helped the best he could and sent me on my way. I'd give him 5 stars just because he didn't have to do anything for my pain and he didn't waste hours upon hours doing testing that will just lead the a surgical result that I can't get in south Carolina.

Thank you Dr. Nathanson. And again... I'm sorry I came to the ER for a non-life threatening emergency

I just wanted to a GREAT hospital. My mom's blood pressure went up very high and the hospital in Sumter wasn’t able to help her and discharge her. I brought her here and they gave her A+ treatment and evaluated her until her pressure drop to normal. Thank you guys for everything!
