Michelle Pro Nails

I have this one too nail that grows wide and long. I go to Michelle's for self care pedicure and it is so relaxing and enjoyable. The massage chair does different motions, the care given to my feet feels so good every time.

I really wanna keep this salon my own secret, but the truth is others should know how good it is! This was my first visit to Pro Nails after tiring of the poor customer service at my previous salon and I must say this experience was a breath of fresh air. The salon seemed nicely appointed; more so than you would expect from the street view. As soon as I came in, Michelle was professional & nice, greeting me, letting me know the wait time, and also taking a look at my desired nail design to make sure she could do it. Without an appt, I was told an hour wait--which is about what I expected for a Saturday, but it did end up being slightly less: 45 minutes. I also saw them allow people to put their names down, leave and come & back; a nice courtesy not often afforded at other shops. Michelle worked carefully with me the entire time, suggesting colors and asking questions to make sure I was happy with my holiday design. Her customer service was amazing and I also found the prices to be very affordable. I left more than happy with my nails and having found a new nail place, as I will be back again and again!

After having gone to my previous nail salon for almost 17 years I had to change because they closed. I was looking for a place with a personal touch & not to crowded & found it here. They take walk-ins but I set an appt. Cam took me right away and did a good job on my gel Mani, pedi and eyebrows. I will definitely go back. Note they charge a fee for card payments so depending on your services it might be worth it to stop at ATM.

I have a regular nail tech who happened to be on vacation when my nail broke. In desperate need I visited as a walk-in a little after 9 am and was greeted with smiles and professionalism. This place was very clean and has a separate side for pedicures!
My nail tech was extremely professional and careful with my nails especially the broken one. The pedicure was heavenly! I highly recommend them if you're interested in a nail salon in North St Louis County.

Great prices. I love pedi room. It's very peaceful. Nini is very time efficient with my acrylics. Quality work. Sign on shop door says walk ins. I recommend making an appointment.

First lets start with the fact your pedi is done in a different room then the hand people. I love that! More privacy to relax. Then my nail tech made my feet look so pretty and was even responsible enough to not put my feet in wax after she nipped me a little. They took care of my boyfriend as well and communicated every step of the way. Even reminding me that it tickles. Love this place.

Ni N does a beautiful job on my nails. Never had a problem. Been going there every since last year. I use to to Nail Me Good on Lindbergh. They have so many customer's in that shop. They rush doing your nails, just to make money. I stopped going to them. Michelle Pro Nails is the place to go.☺

Nice nail shop. They will try their best to give you what you ask for. Appointments are recommended as it can be crowded in the mornings. I like that it doesn't get too loud in there with customers which is nice. They have a separate area for pedicures which is a plus, less noise.

Friendly, professional, and fast service. I love the atmosphere too. This is a great nail salon. If you haven't been, do yourself a favor and check them out!

I went into Michelle's on Sunday after being rudely rejected by another nail salon and as soon as I walked through the door I was welcomed and treated so nicely that I had to do a double take. I went in for a mani-pedi and during my whole nail spa service I was so relaxed and chill. Michelle and her staff were nice and accommodating. My nail tech Cey (sp) was awesome! This is a wonderful nail salon. I've gone here for more than 7 years. I have always made appointments with Nene. She is very knowledgeable, exudes great energy and has years of experience. Kim is also a wonderful technician.

My technician is Nini and I have been with her for over 12 years. She ALWAYS does a fantastic job and always gives me good advice on how to care for my ingrown toenail. I highly recommend her for your nails and your feet.

I have been going here for many, many years. They are friendly and professional. If there is an issue, they work to correct it. The nail section has COVID safety precautions. This is the only place I will get a pedicure.
