I always have an amazing experience here. Just got my NC inspection done today but I also get my oil changes here as well. The staff is super nice (Shannon always makes me laugh), the prices are reasonable, and work is done correctly. Highly would recommend them. Just be patient :) they do work in the order of which the cars come in so depending on if you’re coming in on a busy day/time, you may to wait a little. But know that your car is in good hands!

As a female sometimes going to car places can be sketchy because you never know if the company will run you over , but I can surely say this place is amazing ! I go there all the time for my car needs . Shandon the manager is awesome. He is thorough and honest when it comes to telling you about what your car needs. As well as great at guiding the customer to the right solution without scanning you . The other employees are are also very explicit and concrete when it comes to helping the customers . I have never had a bad experience here and have been there a lot over the past few years . Pricing is fair , it’s a car it’s going to cost money but the team does a great job at finding the best fiscal solution for the customer. Highly recommend!

I've gone there for oil changes and inspections for years, but recently had them install an alternator and battery in a 2018 Ford Focus. Josh and another mechanic were really great to work with. The quote was very competitive and came in slightly lower than quoted. Car is driving great.

Pulled in today to get my oil changed...the young person working there quoted me $77 for full Synthetic...I said OK. The bill for just the oil change was $100. When I said you quoted me $77, I was told full synthetic is expensive. this did not make me happy. I needed an Air Filter replaced also. $35. I had them do it, then went into Walmart where I found the same air filter for $24. Not upset about the air filter, since they need to make a little to pay for labor, but if you quote me a price, then that's the price. The young people who worked on my car were very good at their job. I felt my car was properly taken care of. My only issue was with the quoted price vs. actual. UPDATE: The asst mgr. reached out to me and explained what happened (I was quoted the synthetic blend price, not full synthetic price). Mistakes happen. I understand. It was nice to get followed up with. I will use them again since it is so convenient to get a drive through Oil Change.

I’ve been going here for a couple of years now; previously in Florida, and now the Denver, NC location. They are always great. I was helped by Matt and Lauren today. They spotted an oil leak and replaced my valve cover for me during my oil change. I am very appreciative and will always recommend Express Oil Change. Thank you guys always.

It's the first time I visited your location. David took care of my oil change today. He done an amazing job. I appreciate all he done pertaining a successful oil change. Gave me a discount because I was a first time shopper without asking. Showed me my oil before and after the change. I will revisit the location as long as he is on duty. I can’t say enough great things about the guys here. We are new to town and NC and took both our vehicles there for registration inspection as well as an oil change for one. We just took one of the cars there to check some stuff out today. Every single encounter I have had with them as well as my wife has been outstanding. My wife has called to ask questions and they are always so nice and super helpful. While at the shop, they always explain everything, are very thorough in checking it out and making sure we are happy. It makes us both so happy and a little weight off of our shoulders knowing we have somewhere we can take our vehicles that we trust and feel they are honest, nice and hard working gentleman. I take several of our vehicles to the express oil change & tire. They never disappoint. From top to bottom their crew is amazing. Always courteous, knowledgeable and Efficient. I appreciate the fact that they make a point to remember my name when I pull in and treat everyone like family. Unlike most places, they even have sense of humor even Shannon. I am a frequent flyer, because they just do good business. I appreciate them all.

Today was our first visit to Express Oil Change in Denver, NC, and definitely will not be our last. We’re now committed to using this “well-oiled” staff for all of our vehicles. They were friendly, efficient and our service was quick and very affordable. We had a few questions and each was answered completely. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They help me out a lot when I was getting my tires and I needed it back brakes and rotors and they really did a wonderful job!!

Excellent service. The mechanics are very good at what they are doing. They work blazingly fast. The price is very good, it’s cheaper than other mechanics around the area for oil change.

I had a great experience. Not only did they change my oil they answered any questions I had about my vehicle. They went above and beyond to make sure that I understood about my tire pressure and the life of my tires. Laura and Michaya ( I apologize I think I'm spelling his name wrong) but they were amazing and had a lot of knowledge about their job and things that I can do for car maintenance.
