Was having issues with our Stihl chainsaw, so bought spark plug. Filter and new chain.
Was still having problem so back I went.
Mike was very helpful. He quickly discovered the cause fixed it on the spot with a small screwdriver and needle nosed pliers. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes !

Looking for a light bulb that was different than what I saw. I asked for help and was asked what i needed. The guy found the correct bulb and showed me how to look for different merchandise. Great customer service.

Today I needed a few items in the hunting area. It is always nice to see that this hardware store has what I need. They have Stihl chainsaws. They sell ammo for that person who likes to hunt. They sell Milwaukee Tools at a great price.

Classic locally owned and operated neighborhood ACE Hardware. Great service for lawn & garden tools. I got some chainsaw chains sharpened, picked up a few parts for Stihl & Toro equipment. Got a couple propane tanks filled, and found some hard to come by ammo at a good price! They've met my needs consistently for over 35 years and I'll keep coming back for more.

Key department personnel were great. The gentleman who programmed my new remote to my car was awesome.

Found exactly what I was looking for. Floor personnel were so courteous... even loaded my packages. Saw sooo many nostalgic things that reminded me of visiting my grandparents in rural eastern NC. It's crowded but seems to have an abundance of character. It was soothing listening to the elder regular customers talk with the employees. Could tell there were many connections and diversity was inclusive. Love this store.

I purchased onion and garlic seed for my fall garden. Good price and they usually have what I'm looking for.

Never a problem shopping there.
Even when they didn't have what I was looking for, the clerk was able to suggest where to find what I needed.

Great place to shop,I been going there for some time, it has mostly everything you want or need.

I went to Mcknight Hardware to purchase some 1 inch screws for a sign that I custom made. The associate there was very helpful. He helped me to measure the sign and the size of the screws needed to apply my wooden stake. He was very patient in showing me what I needed to do to accomplish the look I was aiming for and showed me how it would securely fit my sign. I was able to complete the project with ease and it worked just as the associate showed me.

McKnight Hardware is our go-to shop for most gardening items. Nice selection of insect traps & sprays, large selection of bird seeds, and many vegetable garden seeds. Personal very helpful, even when we call ahead. Lots of parking available, also.

One of the best "Mom 'n Pop" hardware stores still in existence. These guys are super-helpful. They've got pretty much anything you can dream-up with regard to hardware, lawn, and garden. The gun counter ain't half bad either! Some things may be priced slightly higher than what you see at the big box stores, but you can't beat their customer service. I'll pay slightly more for awesome customer service any day!

Nothing beats small as in fantastic customer service. After an exhausting search for a specialty screw at the screw store and two Major home improvement stores, something told me to try ACE. Finally, I was helped by the kindest man, who was insistent on finding a substitute. But the most amazing part of my experience was the community feel. Listening to the greetings and small talk from the customer and the employees was restoring. Although I am not a part of that community, I left there feeling some kind of way. Acknowledged!.

Everyone here is friendly and helpful. They will go out of their way to make sure you have what you need.

Helpful folks, they are in the middle of a big store upgrade too. Can't wait to see what the place looks like when they are done! Edit as of 4-29-22 Claudio and Jake were super helpful and nice. I always have an excellent experience with this store. They left me bring in my bike and match a bolt that was missing!! Glad I didn't have to run in and out of the store. 😉 Thanks Claudio
